Very enjoyable stay good size room amazing breakfast cannot fault. Polite services and wasnt fazed by my autistic child and their randomness! Close to everything will book again.

What you might expect from a seaside B&B. Fairly basic room, but everything worked and it was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast cooked and served by the charismatic owner, Neil. Parking is limited in the vicinity, but Neil lent a resident's permit, so no problems on that score. You could do a lot worse.

On arrival the owner, Neil, had saved us a parking space (this B&B is in a permit zone) The car didn't move until we left as everything was in walking distance. Our room was clean, airy and just right for us, (myself, hubby and 9 year old) Bathroom compact, with lovely power shower. Breakfast was swiftly served every morning and had enough choice to cater our needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting a simple, yet homely place to stay.

The hotel issued parking permits which were a godsend- without them it would have been impossible to park, Neil was very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was very well presented & delicious. I would prefer a room on the first floor ( I was on the second) but I am sure that this can be arranged if I state my preference in the future. ( I am approaching 70 so climbing the extra stairs was quite tiring). Overall a very good stay.

Neil couldn't have been better. I was taking part in a local walking challenge and he was up at the crack of dawn to make sure I left with a bacon and sausage sandwich both mornings, it wasn't expected but such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the sea front is a very short walk away.

Warm welcome from owners Neil & Jaqueline, & able tp park immediately outside. Basic room/ensuite which was fine.Sleep interrupted by noisy people in the road on several occasions between 12 - 4am, plus gulls & some cars after that.Great location near to beach for early morning swim, and only 12min walk to town centre down the esplanade.Very good breakfast & overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Firstly the landlord waited up so he could introduce himself and carry my heavy bag up two flights of stairs. On the third day, he was able to offer me a larger room for the duration of my stay. The guest house is in an excellent location for Weymouth sea front and just a short walk into two town.

The hotel was clean, friendly and a good location. Permit car parking is available as well.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at Gleneagles with my 8 year old son. Our host was very attentive and helpful. We stayed in room 4,a double ensuite on the top floor which was better than expected,must have had a revamp since the pictures on hotels.com. Bed was very comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, from full English to cereal and fresh orange juice. Overall had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again :)

Thank you for your lovely hospitality. We were made to feel very at home. Breakfast was great and so close to the beach. Hope you enjoy your golf trip!
