Any older child will be charged as an adult. To eat breakfast at the property, a reservation must be made at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The location, the facilities, the owner, the onsen, the view from room 7, everything was perfect! The room and the entire place was super clean. The breakfast was simple but great.

"Would stay again, for sure!"

For me, the best feature of the property is the owner. He was so personable. The location is also convenient to restaurants and bus stop. We also liked the private onsen feature.

Nothing major, but there was a slight odor in our room. Not sure of the source.

"10/10 would recommend"

The guest house was very wholesome and friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped, and there was laundry on site. The indoor onsen was free, the outdoor one cost 500 yen per time slot of 20 minutes. I highly recommend taking a plunge at least once, it was the perfect remedy to melt away my exhaustion after long days of exploration. The location was in the highlands of Hakone and therefore a bit more secluded, but I loved the peace. The guest house even provided a map to the local restaurants and their menus, plus an itinerary for the attractions in Hakone for my consideration. I cannot recommend them enough, and I'd stay here again!
