What a lovely experience... From the minute we arrived for my husbands birthday which the staff kindly decorated the room for us through to the relaxation around the pool. A great time was had, the room (Mulberry 90) had a perfect view over the gorgeous gardens which was a plus. The Pool area was busy but managed to find beds and the staff were very efficient at removing towels from bedhoggers. The food was delicious and lots of it and you could purchase drinks and take them through to the pool too.... Will defiantly be back.

I can’t express how amazing Tiana and Samantha at the bar were. They were both so informative, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unlike some other staff, they were genuinely chatty, attentive, and showed a real interest in making sure I was enjoying my experience. Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the spa.

Staff were very friendly , I did ask if we could check in early but there was a fee of £29 per person as we had made our booking through Booking.com The spa was excellent and clean with lots of space

Due to a mobility issue I telephoned weeks before said date to explain that we required a nearer to spa room. Alas this was not recorded and we was a fair distance away

I’ve visited this spa a few times in the past and always had a positive experience, which makes this recent visit quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facilities now feels noticeably run down. Areas that were once clean and relaxing appear poorly maintained, and the general upkeep doesn’t match the ticket cost. Small details—like missing headrests on the jacuzzi, multiple tiles missing from the sauna seats, a lukewarm pool, and lack of attention to cleanliness particularly in the changing area —really took away from what should have been a calming experience. It’s a shame, as this place has great potential and I’ve seen it at its best before. With some investment in maintenance and attention to detail, it could easily return to being a top-quality spa. I do hope improvements are made, as I’d love to be able to recommend it again in the future.

Very clean, smells amazing. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are lovely.

Staff though mainly polite were standoffish particularly the evening barmen was not engaging and said barman was bothered and rude Got big brother style message regarding invoice on switched off TV but not in email as informed.chill out room had no doors so could hear conversations from corridor. Some spa items and a pathway were in need of repair .
