The Coolidge Corner Guest House: A Brookline Bed and Breakfast

The Victorian exterior, the old world charm of the interior.,

It felt overpriced, however. A third floor room with twin beds and a shared bath down the hall. A minimal breakfast of coffee and a few muffins. Nothing special. With parking, the cost is $350. A bit high for the actual experience—not luxurious or remarkable in any way. The one staff member we saw was VERY nice, and again, we were comfortable. But the price seemed quite high.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist wirklich hübsch und gepflegt. Alles ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Salon kann man es sich gemütlich machen und auch der Frühstücksraum bietet Gelegenheit Kontakte zu knüpfen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Das war aber völlig problemlos, weil wir uns dieses Bad nur mit einer einzigen Person teilen mussten. Alle anderen Zimmer auf der Etage hatten ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Very clean room and bathroom. Exceptional location close to restaurants, shops, hospitals, and walking paths.

The walls are paper thin so you hear every word spoken in neighbouring rooms, bathroom is shared and not always available when needed. The breakfast is exactly the same day in and day out.

Breakfast was socks. Not much to choose from. That's not a bed and Breakfast for me.

I had a wonderful stay at The Coolidge Corner Guest House in Boston. The room was comfortable and very clean, and I especially loved the breakfast — it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Melissa’s attention and kindness made everything even better; she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated being able to have breakfast right there and having fresh coffee as soon as I woke up. Another big plus was how easy it was to get around — buses, the tram, and the subway were all very accessible from the house. It made exploring the city simple and convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.
