Very quaint property. Very helpful staff. Small restaurant open at times. Small room and bathroom but good for solo travel.

This hotel is in a good location not too far from the city centre, the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom we had was again spacious but needs some modernisation along with other parts of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant area are nice, we didn't have a meal other than breakfast which was nice and the choice is reasonable. We only stayed one night and bed was comfortable enough for that.

Overnight stay, clean & comfortable.

Super friendly family run hotel, with parking and a 20 minute walk into centre. It is dated, but good breakfast buffet / cooked options . The light bite menu was good value, but i found the curry too salty and not such good value.

Nice little hotel. Parking can be a challenge if the car park is full. The downstairs bar is very nice and comfortable. Thecsatff are very fruendly and helpful

This is an old hotel with character and creaky floors . My room was clean and compact . The bathroom tiny . Comfy bed . The breakfast was excellent . The staff was very friendly . The walk in to town was 15-20 minutes . Wifi perfect . TV did not work . Good for a short stay in lovely Chester .

needs updating but the staff are excellent and the breakfast was really good
