Nice old looking place

Not enough lighting in bathroom, both mirrors in bathroom had no lights working, large mirror with wiring hanging out, toilet only had one used roll of toilet paper.

The pictures look good but in reality its all a bit old and worn down. The handpieces for both bath and shower were missing. Bathroom very poorly ventilated and steamed up. Bath plug got stuck and couldn't drain the bath. The room phone to reception (which wasn't even a thing really) didn't work. Tried to call on mobile - didn't pick up. Left a message on booking, never received a response. Adventure for one night, but would not stay again.

Amazing location

Quite outdated

Room was bigger than expected. The double windows makes it nice and quiet.

Location was good. One member of staff went above and beyond when my wife fell (in the street) and broke her wrist. The staff member immediately organised a taxi to the hospital and paid it herself. She refused to be reimbursed. Dinner menu was good

Set breakfasts. Would have preferred a buffet style.
