The staff was not helpful at all when we asked for help to resolve the problem of parking just next door of the hotel.

This was close to transportation, about a 20 minute walk to Yakuin station and convenient spot as there was convenience stores nearby

The room didn't have any windows to look out of - we felt like we were in a closet. We used the laundry facilities, which were clean and accessible. Otherwise, the room was serviceable, but not somewhere I would stay again.

Location is great however the bed is small for two people. The breakfast buffet is ok not enough food.

Found someone else’s hair on my pillow. Carpet looked filthy. Won’t go back.

Very helpful staff, thank you Tanaka San for helping us on taxi reservation. Convenient location near to bus stop that can connect to Hakata Station easily.

The bathroom is too small...

Convenient and shops nearby Good transportation

The room for 4 people is not quite wide but it's ok for 1 night. 2 beds for 4 people. Amenities are provided at the lobby. Parking lots are available but not free. It's a bit far from train / subway station. Take a bus is the choice for public transport.
