Terrible . Check in time was delayed for over 1hr Facility outdated for a 3 star hotel Cockroach in the room

Excellent breakfast and walking distance to Disneyland.

Pool could be cleaner and less crowded. The toilet room at the entrance of the apartment needed a sink.

Perfwct property in my opinion, would definitely stay here again. Walkable distance to the Disney Parks aswell so perfect if one doesn't want to take the shuttle bus. 10/10

Really great location for the Disney Park. Appartments are equipped with hob and microwave and fridge. Pull out bed is quite confortable, and although it says double bed in bedroom, we have had 2 singles both times, which is great if siblings are sharing as the beds can be separated. Staff are great and the hotel lobby and corridors have beed newly fitted out with a notable impact. Pool is 10am to 8pm. Generally quiet, really lovely surroundings. Val d'Europe has a fantastic shopping centre with a superb supermarket - we ate in 3 nights, the restaurants in the plaza arw expensive. 10-15 min walk to Disney and the train station. Orly to Val d'Europe is about an hour - really easy Metro line 14 to Gare de Lyon and then RER A to Marne le Valle - get out her for Disney or the previous stop for Adagio. Day pass to Paris is 12 Euros

I was absolutely disappointed.😟 I would never return to this hotel. Although entering into the hotel was pleasant at first. Entering into our room was horrible. My suite was dirty upon arrival. The floor wasn't vacuumed properly from the previous guest. The bathroom was filthy. Dirty streaks wiped across the walls. At first I thought it was the design until I wiped it. The sink filled with backed up water. You had to turn it off real quick, because it was clogged and drained slowly. Absolutely gross😩. I have young children whom I had to shower in that bathroom. The staff were VERY CONDENSING AND RUDE. I ask for towels they had me bring down a bag of towels. I had to ask for a bag to transport them back down the stairs. She said you have to reuse the towels. I said ma'am we're here from Monday until Friday and we're supposed to use the same towels. I was also told I had to take the garbage from the room to the parking garage for disposal because they don't clean rooms until day 8. 😳 Then they wanted my husband to pay $25 to use the Iron. They lied about Parking Prices. Until our 3 day in. Any question or request was followed by quick answer to brush us off or we were completely ignored like we weren't even speaking. They made my family's stay very uncomfortable. I Would NOT Recommend Anyone to Come Here Especially if you're Not French there's a CLEAR PREJUDICE. Money Not Well Spent At All. The Only Thing Good is Location to Disney and Sorry that doesn't cut it.

Thankyou for welcoming us both to the Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe. The room was set up well, the beds were comfy, it was clean and the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. Thankyou for the help from recpetion at helping us to organise transfers.

Great location, property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The property was in a nice location nearby Disneyland Paris and also a large shopping centre with a food court and hypermarket perfect for anything you might need on the go. Its also a bonus that it is nearby a fabulous bakery. And a sea life centre within the shopping centre, and close to the train and bus stations for easy travel into the centre of Paris perfect for a day out.

I loved the location close to the shopping mall and the free transportation to Disneland My complaints about clogged sinks and bath tub were not resolved until we left. The sofa in the room was also falling apart. I reported on the day of arrival and was told they will be fixed by 9am the next morning. We spent all 3 days in the palce with the defects.
