Ready good apartments, friendly staff , very clean

We just stayed here for the 2nd time. The breakfast buffet is fairly nice, and the staff are all friendly. We stayed there as part of a Disney trip,and it is perfect for that. The room we were in was lovely and comfortable. We will most likely stay there again.

Brilliant hotel, the rooms were good and close to all you need in serris and if going euro Disney. We didn’t use the bus to euro Disney as it’s only a 10 min walk and well lit at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recently been renovated to a good standard.

Close to Val D'europe mall, many shops in luding supermarkets- lidl and Auban. Bought all the snacks for DLP. Hotel was convenient for 1 night before moving to DLP hotel.

The location is excellent — very convenient for reaching shopping centres and Disneyland. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet expectations. The hair dryer was not working, and there was no iron available unless we paid €20 each, which was disappointing. The kitchen sink was blocked, and the breakfast quality was below average.

The bed was v comfy but the room was small. It was handy having the kitchen/sitting area

This hotel caters to international visitors, but its layout resembles some French properties where the bathroom lacks a washing station, necessitating a round trip around the entire room to access each handwashing area. Consequently, the bathroom comprises two sections: a shower and a handwashing station, and a separate bathroom in the other part of the one-bedroom apartment. The website and photos fail to provide a clear explanation of this layout. Additionally, the AC in my room malfunctioned, and the hotel doesn’t provide maintenance team after office hours, I couldn’t get it fixed until the next day, even when the issue got fix next day, only for the same problem to arise again at night, leaving me without anyone available to address it till next day again. As a visitor, you shouldn’t encounter such issues during your stay, especially when you’re there to explore the area. Consequently, I had to check out earlier than my booked time and relocate to another accommodation.

Excellent location for Disneyland and shopping centre, clean and comfortable apartment with good kitchenette. Only negative feedback is lack of a sharp knife and cooking spoon which would have been useful for our self-catering. Also, sofa bed was acceptable but not the comfiest. The double bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Within a quick walking distance to Disneyland.

Me and my 11 year old had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe. The communication before we arrived and upon check in was easy and straightforward. Our room was lovely and clean, towels, hand wash etc provided. We also had cleaning items for kitchen. A lovely touch was the towel arranged as a squid on the bed! Only thing we didn’t have was tea/coffee making items. Was surprised behind the curtains, which were great black out curtains, was a door leading out to lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and very warm even though it is outside. Areas to sit and sunbathe and never too busy. It was my son’s favourite part of our holiday. The breakfast buffet was attended by some friendly and very helpful staff that kept everything clean and topped up. Only downside was not bacon and sausages that my son really wanted! Otherwise traditional continental breakfast was offered, with a great variety. Hotel was always kept clean and several times shared the lift with a cleaner, either off to do rooms, hallways and even the lifts. So close to the Disney parks. Shuttle bus didn’t run as frequently as I thought, but was only ten minute flat walk on big pathways to the park if not. Surrounding area had lovely shops and restaurants, also close by was the train station that got you into Paris or to Disneyland. All only 10-15 minute walk away. Truly recommend this hotel to stay in. Will be back again if ever we return to Paris.
