Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

Decent hotel option near Disney and very walkable and close to great shopping mall. Hotel had great space and amenities for family. The hotel rooms, although not terrible could be cleaner and were a little rundown in some areas. Also, we were a family of five and were short on some pillows. When we asked for another pillow they offered to find some but didn’t seem available.

Close proximity to the big Val d’Europe mall, which has shops, restaurants, snacks, and more. Also at the end of the mall is the RER train station which you can take to get to the heart of Paris. 15-20 minute walk to and from the Disney park which is very convenient. Free shuttle also served well for us. Pool was fun, laundry worked well, staff was nice. Only complaint, albeit tiny and not important, is our card key to get into the room lost its scanning ability 3 different times which made us have to get new ones each time.

Hotel is in great condition and the staff were very good. There’s a shuttle bus to Disney park, but we walked it in 15 minutes. I don’t recommend getting the Magic Shuttle here, get the train to Chessy and either walk or get a taxi instead, the shuttle takes you around the world before you reach this property. I’ve only dropped stars because our fridge was broken and froze all our food, smashing bottles. Plus the pool is actually only open 10-8, it would have been nice to have used it earlier in the morning or even until 9pm. There’s also a mall nearby, which was handy!

Space in the room was good. Decent breakfast. Nice pool and sauna. Customer service from front desk was not good. Often staff were in the back room chatting instead of tending to patrons. They offered taxi service that was twice the amount of other services. They never answered the phone when we called from our room.

Very good hotel.Plenty of shuttle buses to take you to and from the park.The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast etc and a bakery was just along the road that did lovely filled baguettes etc. The swimming pool was good.The shopping centre was a 10 minute walk away and had restaurants.

We had leak in bathroom for 2 days then we had ants in one bedroom which lasted 2 days to fix not too bad overall

Nice area, felt rather safe and close to a boulangerie which was amazing for breakfest and cheap. There is a huge shopping center with plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Room stunk breakfast was not worth the price for it

Good sized, air conditioned apartment, close to a variety of restaurants, good outdoor swimming pool, curtesy bus to Disney
