Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

Overall it was good and bery close to the shopping centre and Disneyland parks. The downside was things like the aircon in my daughter's room was not good amd it was 30+ while we were yhere. Some plugs didn't work but we could work round that and the laundry room was out of order. But overall a good stay, rooms were clean and staff were helpful.

We stayed for 3 days earlier this month. We found the Reception staff to be quite rude. Definitely wasn’t service with a smile! They weren’t very helpful when asking for anything and every answer was “No” We asked for extra pillows as I’m pregnant and find it hard to get comfortable in bed and I was told there were no extra pillows. We asked for milk for the free coffee and we were told no. We asked for extra towels for use at the pool and we were told “No” There was a power cut one morning and we had booked breakfast and there wasn’t much breakfast options which we weren’t offered a refund for. The hotel itself and the pool was fab. The rooms were a little cramped but for the limited time we were at the room was sufficient. We didn’t use the shuttle bus service, they weren’t as frequent as we thought they would be so we booked an Uber everyday which was 10€ to DLP. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just don’t expect any extras!

The best value-for-money place to stay if you’re visiting Disneyland Paris. Rooms are a bit aged all over, but beds and WiFi are good enough.

The hotel charges for all amenities and only offers them via vending machines which sell out often. Also, water sold out every night. And all the local stores are only open from around 10am-8pm. So if you need to get food or water for your room plan it around your day. Thus, if you go to Disney early you will come back to no water, amenities, or ways to get food. Also, our check out was at 11am and the housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:54 while I was changing still and demanded to come in and start cleaning. I asked for two more minutes since our bags were packed and I only had to dress and she came in and started making the bed while I was still in a towel. It was incredibly awkward and off putting. Lastly, for in order to achieve eco-friendly status the entire hotel is set to 22 degrees while the lobby was set to 18. It made the rooms musty and uncomfortable and when we arrived the outside temperature was 33 degrees. Thus, it was still so hot. So if you want good AC go down the road to the Moxy or another hotel because you won’t find it here. The pools were well maintained, but they didn’t make up for all the other inconveniences. Walking in I though I would love this establishment based on the location, but I left incredibly disappointed. At least the free shuttle to Disney was semi-convenient, but it does stop during the peak hours of the day. So only semi.

Great hotel, really helpful and lovely staff! I went as a solo traveller for the night and left perfectly safe. Definitely recommend

This was an incredibly nice hotel that was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and spacious as well. The showers had a lot of room, and the bathrooms themselves were spotless. The kitchen was a nice add on as well, although we didn’t need it for our stay. Overall, a really good spot, especially if you’re visiting Disney, we found the shuttles convenient and the surrounding area fun to explore.

Television did not provide Netflix. Bed was too hard and the pillows provided no support. I found a bug (silverfish) crawling on the carpet. Overall, hotel room was dirty and needed repairs. The breakfast was nice, and the neighborhood is beautiful. However, I would not return to the Aparthotel Adagio.
