Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

Its location is pretty good but the equipment in the room are broken and a bit dirty.

Not enough pillows or towels in a room for four. Lots of wear and tear place needs a deep clean.. mould in showers.

A great location but the hotel apartments are tired and we had a broken shower, bits of wood missing off cabinets and the mirror and when we arrived the sofa bed had dirty sheets on it. It just needs a bit of a face lift.

Nice area, friendly staff, clean and spacious apartment. The sofa bed wasn’t really comfortable, but it’s understandable. I missed vegetables from the breakfast options, otherwise it was pretty good.

Excellent location and facilities for Disneyland visit. Shuttle bus was perfect!

Excellent base for Euro Disney. Outdoor pool was a massive bonus and lovely square with restaurants couple minutes away.

The room I had booked, hotel couldn’t give me that room they didn’t have any left which was disappointing and had to have a different room, the room they gave us it didn’t have any electricity as the fuse box had tripped, they did fix this. The next day after returning from a day out we discovered we had no water in the room. We had to be moved at midnight to another room. It was disappointing we had all these problems with rooms and stayed in a cheaper room to what we had originally paid. overall the staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Good location and the bakery downstairs and the many restaurants options around are the only reasons I may come back to this hotel. The online pictures of the apartment do not match the reality. Smaller than it looks. The fridge was not closing properly so I could not store anything. Mentioned to the reception. Said they would fix the next day. Never did. My daughter also never received the extra pillows I asked as she needs to have her head elevated for sleeping. I barely got one when I asked and never received the others they promised to bring me the next day. The top stove was not working. Could not cook anything. Basically I got an apartment for nothing because I could not use any if its features. The plates are also so big that they don’t fit the microwave so, again, could not warm up food. Other than that the beds were very comfortable.
