Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

The Aparthotel was fantastically located within walking distance to the Disney parks. The walk was about 20 minutes. Great Value and close to the shopping centre which had a Lidl which was useful for buying breakfast food and drinks. A surprise were the restaurants just before entering the shopping mall which were much cheaper than eating in Disney village and good food. I would definitely recommend this if visiting Disneyland Paris.

Second time in the same week here. Complete contrast to our previous stay. Rude receptionist, aircon wasn’t working in the room, I asked for someone to repair, was told It was fine and working, then told that they controlled the room from reception. Third time of asking it finally came on, but couldn’t be controlled in the room, very loud as it was full fan all night. Very unprofessional. This particular room also smelt, the beds were also very uncomfortable.

Fabulous hotel in walking distance to the train station, Val d’Europe and Disney - lovely quiet area, beautiful pool and great staff.

This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in and we travel often. The rooms are dirty and in need of an update. This is the only hotel I have asked to move to another room due to cleanliness. The carpet was stained, the patio door wouldn’t shut, the shower pooled onto the floor because the half door was not attached to the tub, there was a hole in the wall, the coffee maker leaked all over the counter, the kitchen sink took all night to drain, the safe locked our stuff inside and the code we used wouldn’t unlock it, had to wait until morning when maintenance was available to unlock it, that is just a short list of problems we experienced. It was walkable to shopping and Disney.

Great location for Disney, also great shopping facilities close by. Room was smaller than expected but quiet with good facilities

I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The latch for the door was ripped off. Bathtub was dirty. The baseboards were very dirty. The mini fridge did not properly close, and our things did not get cold. Also, I’m not sure if this is common in France, but room service was an extra charge for stays less than 6 days and there was no iron in the room. I had to go to front desk to ask for one. I did find the rest of the place to be clean, and the staff were very friendly. I also really liked that it was walking distance to Disneyland.

Great location. 15-20 min walk to Disney or 10 min shuttle which is provided by the hotel that has scheduled times . The shuttle bus schedule was good at certain times and sometimes it would arrive extremely late or it would skip to the next schedule time. Near by there’s a shopping mall and outlet mall. Which is very nice! The hotels lobby is decent and the check in luggage storage was very convenient. The rooms were ok. Not the best. Not the cleanliness either. We also find it weird how the bathroom and sink are in one room. And there’s another room at the opposite side with a bathroom with no sink. The pull out bed was not that comfortable. There was a smell to the room as well… someone was smoking in it and something musty. I wouldn’t stay here again but for those who are on a budget and are staying at Disney for a day then this place is ok.

Very nice the only thing is that color lady that was in the reception was kind off rude and I don’t understand her attitude because we are turist we don’t know much of the country but we going to spend our money to a place where we feel we not welcome.. but the guy the try to speak Spanish very nice person and other personal too ..
