Flight arrived very late arriving 03:00. Given room 2005#. Noticed that there were no curtains and no curtain rail. Nothing to hide the building site opposite. No television, as it was removed from wall. No coat hangers in wardrobe. When I got into bed, the bedding had a not quite clean smell. In the morning, realized that there were no towels and then found that hot tap didnt work in shower. Needed to strip wash in sink and dry with the duvet cover. Receptionist said that she would have given me another room if I had mentioned this situation. But I dont agree that they should try to give out such a room in the first place. Why try so hard to damage client relationships!

The Hotel was OK, the breakfast was basic, the problem was that the room was great, plenty of space but the lack of any hot water for the shower was really bad. 2 days running the water was tepid only, certainly wakes you up in the morning stepping into a tepid shower.

Hotel near airport so it is OK for over night stay. Staff is rather no interested in customer needs. Breakfast was below standard.

Very convenient to stay here if flight lands at Zhulyany airport late at night. Only a 10 minute walk from the airport.

What was advertised and what they have are 2 different things. They advertise on the site a Spa, Fitness Center and Restaurant. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. They say the Spa and Fitness center is broken. I did not see any place where they could even exist. When I asked about the laundry service first I was told it is 150 Grivna ($6.00) . When I brought them my normal size load they changed they doubled the price. When I questioned them they said 300 is the price no matter what size load. I told them the other said 150 and they ignored it. Overall it is a nice Hotel and clean.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice, but, some maintenance is required. There is NO restaurant. The plumbing leaked profusely. The courtyard was in shambles and it was not very handicapped friendly. No wheelchair ramp to entrance or rooms.

It supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. It is not. Also, it was the first time in my life when there were mosquitos in the room with all windows closed, air conditioner was on, how did they get there? I moved out earlier than booked, could not stand being bitten all night.

Cheap price. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. However room had a strong smell of tobacco smoke. Had just one towel on arrival (been sorted on the next day though). Good enough for money you pay.
