Royal Congress Hotel

Broken down hotel. Cheap furnishings. No blankets provided. Shower stall unfinished.. no chair or sofa in Jr. Suite.

The place looks like it could be phenomenal, but is an unfinished dump.. cheap beds, cheap showers, cheap carpets, and receptionists not professional. Room size was bigger with Jr. Suite, but no sofa or extra living space came with upgrade. Not worth paying for. Breakfast not worth buying and no bakeries near

Breakfast is terrible! The staff is very unfriendly, slow and rood . The key to the room has to be reactivated every time, when I left the room. No restaurant in the facility. No vending machines. The public transport is nearby .

Rooms are clean and nice , winter time February rooms were very warm , I stayed in two different rooms during my trip due to leaving and coming back and was happy with both of my rooms. It is quite away from down town but I had a bissnes trip that worked well for me . If you are looking stay in a good hotel and u have a budget , this is your pick .

Stay second time. Very convenient to stay overnight closed to Zhulyany airport.

Clean room very cheap with breakfast

I have stayed in this hotel before. I was unpleasantly surprised by the reduction in the value that the hotel provides. They have stopped providing bathrobes, we have received only a single small blanket for a double bed, and the shower drain was hopelessly clogged. The staff was more-less professional, but the amenities provided were just dreadful.

Hotel should be great. But it not shortage of oil so little heating. When you can see your breath it's to cold. That's in your room in the lobby and worst of all the communal spaces sub zero. Breakfast was liquid rice with some chopped veg. Cold meats and a leathery cold fried egg.

Excellent, as always!! - Just beware of the 'official' airport taxi drivers, who will always try to charge you double, if not treble, the true fare...
