SUPERB LOCATION FOR ZHULANY AIRPORT - LESS THAN A 10 MINUTE WALK AWAY - OR 3 MINUTES BY TAXI... IGNORE WHAT THE OTHER REVIEWERS SAY: IF YOU LET THE WATER RUN IT WARMS UP REASONABLY QUICKLY - WHAT DO THEY EXPECT FOR UNDER A TENNER?!

Everything was good, until the power stopped. No electricity. No elevator, No Hot water, No cold water, No heating. we had to leave. and it wasn't easy to get the money back (for the days we did NOT use yet !!!). The rooms are excellent !!! except for the above :-)

not so wonderful as shown in your website. no breakfast. even no phone at room.very small for deluxe seems normal standard room

I booked that hotel because of the price for a 4 stars hotel in addition it was supposed to provide parking and free Wi 5 When I arrived to the hotel, I found a rude lady seating under an old space heater with only one light bulb for the entire reception. The place was not only dark but had no heat any where, it was colder inside than outside of the hotel. There was no parking as promised, no Wi 5 either. When I went to my room, I found no heat, no hot water and a deserted place. The same lady provided me with an space heater that did not heat the room. I wen to see her again and asked her to cancel my reservation, to what she replied that they have a no cancellation policy in the hotel. I was forced to leave the hotel and book a room in a different hotel. Of course I lost my money.

This hotel is a story out of a scary book. Imagine you show up to a hotel in the middle of winter in Kiev and you find out that everything described in the site is inconsistent with the truth. No parking, no Wi 5 of any kind....think that would be bad....well that is just the beginning. ***NO HEAT ANY WHERE IN THAT HOTEL****......Think it can not get any worse? ***NO HOT WATER IN THAT HOTEL EITHER*** Then you realize that you have a nonrefundable reservation......you decide not to stay under those circumstances and book another hotel but you lose your money. Stay away from that place

I arrived at the hotel about 8pm but it felt like the middle of the night. Reception was dark, with just a light at the desk, the bar and restaurant were closed. It seemed like I was the only person there so they were saving on electricity and heat - the whole hotel was freezing apart from my room. The room was reasonably warm. I had a bathtub but the water was not hot enough to have a bath so I had to boil the kettle in the room several times to add hot water. I had breakfast once - fried eggs and toast with fruit juice for 5 Euros. It was not bad value but the cook had a small dog running around the dining room and kitchen. I don't like dogs and found it unhygienic so did not eat there again. The hotel is located near Juliana Airport but far from the centre and there is no Metro station nearby - you need to take a bus. In the evenings I took taxis from the centre to the Hotel but I needed to take a map showing the location of the hotel as no taxi driver had heard of it or the street where it is located.

They upgraded me to a suite for free. I loved it! But not near anything Except a little food market two blocks away- dirty neighborhood.

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations whilst travelling around the country. Out of all the hotels I had booked prior to setting off, this was the lowest in cost and I'll be honest - I thought it was going to be my least favourite. Now that I am back, this couldn't be further from the truth! The staff went above and beyond, literally out of their way to be helpful. The room was comfortable, I loved that there was both a shower and a bath and the temperature was perfect (it was at least -14 out, but you wouldn't have guessed it). The breakfast was delicious... You have to try the pancakes! The bar / lounge area was very relaxed and the staff (as usual!) were brilliant. The overall cleanliness of the hotel could not be faulted and the location is a little out of town but the taxi ride is exactly what you want it to be - short and cheap. I would definitely recommend this hotel and spent a lot of my trip wishing I was back there :) The staff made it, well done!

It was extremely cold in the hotel in general, and particularly in the room.
