Perfect for families.rooms with balcony is the plus point of this hotel... After day long travelling you want to relax by going back to hotel Veronica just provides you with that experience... It is very near to calungute beach.. Staff is also very helpful
1. Nice Location 2. Joseph and Family is very kind and ready to help all the time. 3. Hotel does not have its own restaurant.However the restaurant down stairs is good. 4. Restaurant staff is friendly and helpful. 5. May Daughter need Milk every morning as soon as she gets up. The restaurant staff never let down my request for the hot glass of Milk in the morning. 6. Rooms are good, only complaint was there was no drinking water provided in the room. We had to all the way go down to the lobby on the other side and fill the bottles, which to were not provided. Also if the toilets are cleaned daily. The room we were staying in the toilet (comod) was a bit dirty if proper attention given to it would be nice. Room cleaning should be done earlier & not at 11.30. Next time would like to stay in a better room situated below the present room we stayed in.
The hotel's rooms are very good, but can improve the quality of food in a restaurant. Also, there is no telephone in the room to call the room service. It should be there too.
The place is nice, value for money. Good location. The host, Joseph, is a really nice guy and will help you with anything. I will definitely visit goa and veronica guess house again. Soon...
Within walking distance of beach, on beach side of main Calangute road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Service at the hotel was impressive....they made arrangements to make me comfortable,inspite of me reporting before check-in time (8am)..cleanliness and surroundings were good...
Very Bad....the Room Bed sheet was very old and mattresses were having stains on it and no soap water was there in the room....second, as we reached hotel....they started showing nearby properties rooms ....it was really bad experience......even we had to wait for an Hr on outside bench and they even had not offered water ...... then finally I went out and brought a water .... this is not expected from EXPEDIA.....
