I enjoyed my stay here, my second room was very clean. The TV didn't work great, but that's not what I'm on vacation for anyways. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and I never felt unsafe doing so at night. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We've been very happy for having room at the Veronica Guest House. It was almost the cheapest room very close to the beach (only 200 meters). Room is small sized, quite new with bathroom. We took room without AC but still we got huge fan for ventilation purposes. Room is hermetic so no need to worry about moquitos unless opening the windows. On-site small restaurant with similar prices like on the beach or in the city in restaurants. Guy at the reception is very friendly, easy-going and helpful. Complimentary Internet access. From bad things - there is no room cleaning at all. I understand the price but at least trash should be emptying every few days. We stayed there for one week and our trash wasn't emptied even once. One day we didn't have warm water but other days we had to wait for a few minutes to get warm water.
Beautiful stay in affordable price. close to beach and sorrounded by coconut tree. Owner Joseph is a good guy.
The photo of guest house shown in web site is different from actual one. The room failed to deliver the freshness feel while you entered the room. Hence we checked out the same day itself and shift to a new hotel.
