With mid-week room discounts, our 3-day stay was very affordable. We were looking for a large room with a comfortable bed, A/C, strong wifi, and a pool. After a mattress switch request, we got all four requirements 👍🏻

The adjoining door is not at all soundproof and we could hear entire conversations from the other room. The A/C doesn’t work great during the day but cools off nicely at night when the sun goes down. There’s a lack of staff - no doorman to help with luggage, (one elevator isn’t working so we needed to move our stuff from one side of the hotel to the other by ourselves), no one answering any of the phone extensions when help was needed.

Hice mi reservación parcialmente reembolsable, de inmediato me llegó un mensaje del hotel avisando que no tenían agua caliente. Entré a Expedia para cancelar y me responden que ya no es tiempo y que me cargarán una noche. Quise llamar al hotel pero nunca contestaron (solo la grabación). Más tarde tuve que ir al hotel y conseguí que no hubiera cargo.

Mi reserva la hice en línea. Llegué a quedarme antes de las 12 del mediodía, y me avisán que es hasta las 3-4 la entrada. depués me dicen que tienen un problema con el agua caliente... y ps no, yo venía manejad corrido desde MTY y reservé para un baño y una buena siesta... pero todo mal!

Me dieron un habitación que no correspondia con la que reserve,le comenté a la chica de recepción pero me dijo que esa era Sin embargo no correspondia a la de las fotos. El lugar estaba en remodelación. El elevador se descompuso De ahí en más estaba bien. Se que por el precio fue una buena oferta. Solo sugiero que pongan las fotos que realmente son

I am torn regarding the review that I want to give to this hotel. First it looks like an abandoned hotel from a video game or a movie. Which is scary but at the same time thrilling. It's a very safe place to be honest and the staff were nice. Its is cheap but not crappy, just old. I was a little scared just because it looks abandoned however once that I was over my prejudices it was a nice stay. The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. They told me at reception that they didn’t have hot water, but I took a shower and the water was hot. I definitely would stay there again and would take some creepy pictures in the process. If you have a twisted sense of humor like I do, you would love it.

Rooms are big and have air- conditioning The hotel has parking zone

It was great because the value for the money is amazing. But the problem is that it is on the dirty side of the hotels

The hotel needs remodeling done. And it needs it quick. It’s a beautiful building just needs maintance
