The Penthouse Hotel

The Elevator is out of order all the times, need to call the reception for manual operation.And the worst is I found at least two cockroaches in the room. Wifi always no response.

Great value for money in the area. Will stay here again and every time I'm in that area.

GOOD - comfortable soft bed, - great staff - nice frozen marguerita - TV can view movies via USB - location BAD - really bad unreliable wifi/internet (I go to Central Park rooftop bar for Wifi) - 1 of 2 lifts not working entire stay. Long wait for lifts. - towels are getting very tired.

There were two elevators, one was broken and the other one did not work normally. So, I walked up and down the 5th floor. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and it was not fixed for 7 days. If you have heavy luggage, make sure that it works properly and make a reservation.

I had a family emergency, had to cancel my trip in August..I can understand the penalty for one day but Expedia gave penthouse hotel 72 hours noticed for the other 2 days ..was hoping the hotel would be able to change my days as many times I've stayed at the Pethouse hotel , very disappointed with hotel management..not changing my review

Only one elevator working which bypasses your floor so have to constantly use stairs Room smelt babe and worn out....in need of renovation Food very poor quality Staff friendly but powerless to make stay any better Won't be back here again with better options close by

Overall a great hotel with great friendly staff right in the centre of the night life strip, but without all the noise and traffic.

Had a great stay at the penthouse again, they fixed some of the problems from my last stay, credit machine works , both elevators working my whole stay, still the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in,,,

Extremely dissappointing, 70's era shag carpet on the floor had toe nails in it, I don't think it had been steam cleaned or shampooed since it was installed, Though monogramed the towels were threadbare, probably the orginals from when the hotel was opened. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels. I will say the staff was exceptional , about the only good thing about my stay
