The Penthouse Hotel

The hotel is located in a very good area but I had trouble was you only have one elevator that works and you have to call them so can send the elevator to your floor ,

The wireless network signal is always a grid.but the counter say it's ok! the room has a big bath towel, no small towel. the elevator must be called by telephoned.

Never was able to check in. The only parking is on street. It is only a couple of spaces. It is probably full all the time. Staff not helpful at all. They said parking is my problem while still trying to get me to check in.

Hotel was nice but hated the service. Hot water stopped working. Requested another room after 2 days. Hotel did not try to accommodate me. I had to go request change. Moved to 2nd floor room right next to night clubs. Noisy all night until 4am. Had to request cleaning of room. WiFi terrible. Had to call front desk when I needed to use elevator. No one informed me of that. Waited 10 minutes for elevator that kept going past my floor. Bedroom accommodations had bathtub in the bedroom. No separation between bedroom and bathroom. Overall, I will never use that hotel again, nor recommend it to friends. Towels were the cheapest I have ever seen. Had to call daily to get room cleaned.

Overall the hotel provided a good experience. I suggest the hotel purchase a mirco wave and offer other than instant coffee.

They only have one elevator working, and that is a long wait. Hotel is not well kept.

Located less than a minute walk from the Walking Street (Red light district). It can get very loud on Friday and Saturday nights. I could here the party in the clubs all the way up to mu room on the 3rd floor. Room was very dirty, for that price per night I could have gone somewhere cleaner. The carpet in my room was never vacuumed, or even if they did, they didn't do it well. I saw blood stains on my duvet and bedsheet and had to ask for new sheets. I inspected the bedspread beneath the bedsheet which to my correct suspicion was also stained with blood and all sorts of disgusting things. Shower room leaked to the toilet compartment. They never cleaned my bathtub and changed my towels and foot rags even if I had left a note of request. And frequently forgot to restock my mini bar. Good stuff. They have an amazing front desk staff who are very kind to take your requests. Amazing rooftop bar staff who are very kind and accommodating. The bell service men were very welcoming, only disappointing that the guard sat by the entrance all afternoon on his phone never opening doors for guests while even giving you a glance.

Overall stay was the best Ive had to experience so far for hotels while in AC.

Where to start!. Lifts did not work; had to call Front Desk to get Lift. Kitchen Hob filthy, sinks filthy. Bath tub in Bedroom!. Filthy. Shower leaked through door, onto bathroom floor; dangerous!.Lighting using 40Watt bulbs; like living in a cave.Bed like lumpy custard. Receptionists Min and Gel wonderful, gracious, helpful.

Nice and clean ok location. The wifi was bad and the elevator didn't always work.
