Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great location, good price

The staff was indifferent.

Ver well maintained and clean, with big rooms tat had all you need

Unfortunately, at the time we stayed, the spa and pool were closed for renovations

Walk 1/2 block to the village. Great location to enjoy big bear!

When I booked I did not know the pool and hot tub were closed for repair… we were told we could go to another hotel that would let us buy a day pass for $27 to use the pool. It should have been a comp!…paid by the Bluegreen company

The unit was really nice and so close to town. Everything was pretty much walking distance. Michael at the front desk was great and always helpful.

We were on the 3rd floor and the down button on the elevator was down for 2 days, the toilets were dirty and the pool was under construction.

It was very clean, very comfortable.

You get your own parking garage spot, but it’s a little far from the door to enter .

The helpful staff, location, room lay-out and cleanliness.

The coffee pods in the unit could be better and the closet in the primary room should be bigger than the stand-up shower.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The apartment was great, the location is excellent, the staff were incredible.

the pool and hot tub being renovated was a little disappointing, but it didn’t take away from the incredible few days we had.
