Landcons Hotel

i'm staying in this hotel for 5 days without any housekeping(on request only but need to request a few times), no parking (just cover daily RM5.00 from hotel), towel also need request after 3 days staying there.

This hotel was perfect for budget travelers like myself. The check-in process was quick and easy. The location of the hotel was great and all necessary amenities were provided (towel, water dispenser, ac, wifi, etc.). On the other hand, the room had no windows and felt a little damp when we first arrived.

Everything under control

It is very near to cenang beach. I love the hotel room and hoping that the aircon could be colder as it is february where it is the hottest season. I LOVE LANGKAWI!

No WiFi, staffs not satisfying customers requirements

Hotel Staff is Pathetic, quite Rude. Hotel Rooms are mostly Smelly, feels like you are caged in a Jail. If you book from Expedia, they would mostly give you the Rooms on Ground Floor, which are very very noisy. If you ask the hotel staff about anything in the Hotel that's not working, they would not fix it, just ask you to manage it yourself. Probably this was the worst experience so far with any Hotel Stay.

Very good staff, clean, privacy, nice view, big room, big toilet and I like it!! Will come again..

The only best things are closed to beach, Underwater World, Cenang Mall, MCdonald

Very basic hotel, hotel advantage is due to walk in distance to Cenang beach and Underwater World. Staff not friendly at all and feel unwelcome. No telephone in the room, any request you need to use your mobile phone to call the reception or need to came down. Stain pillow case and bed sheet with bad smell. Ask HK to change it and the HK staff show the sour face. No parking provided. There is no cleaning service if you stay more than one night, it must be request. Nobody inform us during check in time, it was so shame. During our last day the lift was closed under maintenance and we ask the night reception if there any bellboy can help us bring down our luggage's for next morning and they said no worries they can arrange for it. Upon check out we call the reception and asking for bellboy and unfortunately the morning front desk mentioned there is nobody can help us and we need to bring down our self using staircase. What the service!
