as a whole the hotel is in good condition just a car park which is difficult ... should the hotel have to provide car parking for customers

Good location and accessible to.eateries and shopping area. However, its about time the management relook at the room comfort. Its about time they change the bed and the pillows. The bed is lumpy and can feel the bed coils. The pillows are hard and cause discomfort to the neck.

Not so good No hot water The bedsheet is very dirty

Regarding location would Yes positive good. Regarding the room cleaning for the money we pay is not good, esp the bed condition is worse, cannot sleep whole night, the sheet and pillow is not comfortable at all toilet is not very clean also didnot have shampo and soup, other than air condition is very bed ...

Good location for cenang. 5 min walk to underwater world and around with restaurant and cafe.

Overall I’d rate our stay 4 out of 5. The location of this hotel is super strategic, it’s near to the McD, duty-free mall and the eateries which are mostly few steps away from the hotel. Also, staffs seemed friendly most of the time. The only drawbacks of our stay was; one of the rooms that we stayed in had some used cotton buds at the corner of the room (uncollected by the housekeeper incharged), it was already there when we first entered the room. Also, our room’s air-conditioner stopped functioning a few times on our first two days there. However, our stay wasn’t that bad after all. The hotel is somewhat in the middle of Pantai Cenang and it’s near to almost everything.

the good of this hotel is close to beach but it need to improve the family room air-cord. it is not cool.

Room is bigger but air Cond not enough cool.Swimming poor is dirty but overall is okay.
