Convience place, easy to find food, easy to shopping and nice place to stay. The room that i stay was big, really like it !

Comfortable to stay with my family. Big room. Big toilet. The pool is awesome to my nephew and niece. They very enjoyed.

Need to upgrade their room condition

Very good value for money. Easy walking distance of both Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah beaches. Taxi rank just opposite. Lovely swimming pools. This will be my first choice hotel on my next visit to Langkawi.

Air cond not functioning well Toliet dirty Bed not in comfort

Despite of the many bad reviews. We were lucky to have a clean and spacious room, clean bathroom with water heater, clean sheets and blankets. As well as brand new towels. - Thank you. We stayed for 3 days from 4th - 6th Dec 2017. I'm guessing the hotel has upgraded their room and facilities and taking into account the complains into improving their services. The counter staffs are also friendly and helpful. We didn't get the chance to spent time in the hotel pool, although we did noticed some cleaning in the morning, and the pool doesn't look dirty or unpleasant and guests seems to be having good time in the pool. Although there's only one cons though, the aircond is not that cold, but it's fine because we only spent time in the room short while - bathing and resting/sleeping. Most of the time we're outside enjoying our holiday. Parking issue is understandable due to it is located by the main road of Chenang Beach, just right opposite of Underwater World and The Zon Duty Free mall. For those who are wondering, yes the room has mini fridge, and no, there's no toiletries provided, so you need to bring your own. (to some is okay because toiletries is personal care so you might prefer your brand). Cold and hot water are available at the lobby's water dispenser. There's a jug in the room for you to fill up the eater and mugs as well. Hope this info helps. So, 4 stars from us.
