Cheap, clean, no frills or coffee/tea making products in room and only a couple of small bars of soap in the en suite but for a one night stay, very serviceable and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. 2330 check in from a late flight not a problem but after midnight, not possible. Taxi booked the next morning by a helpful front man who doesn’t smile and records your passport details in longhand in a ledger. You will be charged 2 euros tourist tax in addition to the cost of a nights stay. Left too early to find out about breakfast. A short ride to the coach station.

Camera e bagno piccole, non riscaldate autonomamente e con uno scalda bagno per tre camere, una mattina non ho potuto fare nemmeno la doccia, mancanza di armadio e di finestra, non era ciò che avevo visto in prenotazione.

Lindo hotel sencillo bien ubicado y personal muy amable

Piccola pensione a conduzione familiare situata in posizione strategica da dove raggiungere il centro storico.

Das Einzelzimmer hat kein Fenster. Es gibt ein "Loch in der Wand", welches aber zum Treppenhaus rausgeht. Dort laufen dann die anderen Gäste vorbei. Das Frühstück war einfach aber nett gemacht.

E' una residencia (una via di mezzo tra hotel e affittacamere/ B&B) situata nei pressi del mercato di Bolhao, nella parte alta della rua Santa Caterina (una delle vie dello shopping di Porto, quella del famoso cafe Majestic), in una posizione comoda sia per visitare il centro della città che per arrivare in aeroporto direttamente con la metro (fermate Bolhao o Trinidade). La camera dove ho dormito era spaziosa, dotata di bagno in camera, tv, riscaldamento. L'arredamento magari un po spartano (stender anziche armadio)/kitch ma cmq OK. La camera era pulita, l'unico appunto è che nonostante la camera è stata rifatta quotidianamente non sono stati riforniti i bagno schiuma. La colazione self-service è compresa, i dolci non erano il top (un po' pesanti) ma comunque accettabili in funzione del prezzo pagato. Viene consegnata chiave oltre che della stanza, anche del portone in vetro della struttura (oppure suonare al campanello della reception al 1 piano). Disponibili piantine, sconti e informazioni sulla città. Presente il deposito bagagli. Attenzione la facciata del palazzo sulla via Santa Caterina non è larghissimo, quindi la struttura potrebbe non essere individuata a prima vista, ma basta stare attenti al civico 830 (piu o meno all'altezza dell'automobile club). La tassa di soggiorno e il pagamento avviene anticipatamente al check-in. Il personale è cordiale. Alla fine una buona sistemazione economica e comoda. Centro commerciale ,Decathlon, Fnac, negozi e mercato nei pressi.

It was okay.. It wasn't the greatest hotel but not the worst it was just ok. The location is good

The location is perfect. It is only a 15 minute walk to the Douro River. It is right on Santa Catarina St. which is where everything is happening. Only it is at the beginning of the street so you don’t get the crowds. But if you want to go shopping or grab a bite to eat or go happy hour, it’s only a 5 to 10 minute walk. The room is very small but it worked for me because I was alone and I did not spend much time in the room. I was very happy with the bathroom and I think it was recently remodeled. The shower is huge and the toilet and sink are very clean. There is no air conditioning only a fan. Also there are only 3 outlets to plug in your stuff. One of the outlet is for the TV but I did not use the TV. They make your bed every day and replace your towels. They also provide toiletries. Breakfast is also available for free and consists of coffee and cereal and milk and assorted pastries. The only problem is they open the kitchen at 8 AM and I was usually out of the place by 7 AM. The place is secure and you are given a key to get in and out. So people cannot just walk in unless they are let in or they have a key. The only problem is the front desk clerk does not speak English very well so it was hard to communicate. I was very happy with the place and the price was even better. I paid less than US$100 for three nights.

Super bien situé près du centre de Porto. Prix très démocratique avec un bon petit déjeuner compris. L'accueil est vraiment très sympa et en plusieurs langues. Chaque fois que je vais à Porto, j'y retourne.
