Great stay in lovely hotel. We just found the bed very low to the floor with little space around the bed to move around. However, for the price and location, it was a great choice. Many thanks

They only give you 1 key for the whole family. Even is there are 4 adults renting on two bedroom apartment. And since you do not have any access to elevator or even to stairs without that room key you always have to have that one key on you on you. If it is locked, the room doesn't open from inside without the key as well. So the problem is that if one of the family leaves the room that person has to take the key with him to be able to leave and to come back, but the rest has to remain in the room without ability to leave, to use elevator or stairs or even make it to the underground parking. I was constantly worried about my husband and toddlers when I left them in the room locked(for the night time), that they wouldn't be able to leave the room in a case of fire. I have no idea how that could comply with the fire safety: If there is a family locked inside a room, who wouldn't be able to leave in a case of fire or any other emergency. They at least have to allow for all the adults that rent their rooms to get a separate key. Another thing is that they do not clean. So you have to figure out as a tourist staying there for more than a couple of days on how to clean your room, or how to get fresh towels. The good thing is the Sossier restaurant and Otrebusy bakery right next to the to the building, so you can always get fresh and tasty and not too expensive food to you room while wearing pajamas. Which is very convenient.

A good standard apartment, including its equipment, which is very suitable for families, especially with children who do not want to look for where and when to eat, they want to be like at home, but please take into account that they do not clean while you are in the apartment

It was a pleasant stay.

The apartments were horrible. We have booked an apartment with a balcony and a view of the center. However, we received only the 2nd floor with a view of the enclosed courtyard of the apartment building, did not match the photos provided. Dust on blinds and bedside tables. When open the cabinet with the dishes, a terrible smell spread. It’s messy and you don’t get what you order at all.

We originally booked the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment, we had a call from the reception on the night before we were due to fly out to advise that previous guests had trashed the apartment so we would have to change to a superior 2 bed. After a lot of back and forth we decided to take the deluxe one bed apartment which was potentially smaller overall but still had a high end feel to the fixtures and fittings. The apartment had a fantastic view of South Warsaw (we were on the 9th floor). We originally booked the 2 bed apartment to get a view of the Palace of Art and Science but in hindsight i think the 9th floor room had a better view in the end. Location was very central and you could walk most places easily. We stopped over Christmas and Poland seemed to be having record low temps for the time of year (minus 11c for example) so didn't get to see as much as we would have wanted. Plus a lot of restaurants seemed to be shut because of Covid but we plan to go back to Warsaw (and these apartments) again in the summer. The guys on reception were extremely helpful with anything we needed.

If you don't have a cell phone that works in Poland communication is really tough. Plus... Finding the place was a drag too. Once there and not having a need to ask for anything ... nice place !

Stayed here for 4 nights in December and the moment we enterred the building we were all impressed by the spotless place. The bathroom was truly blinking. We had an apartment at the 6th floor of the builing with direct view to the clock tower of the Science and Culture Palace. The apartment is convenient placed near the public transport metro and bus station. It is at a minute walk from the main boulevard in Warsaw. The old city is at 15-20 min walking distance from the apartment, and the shopping center at 5-7 minutes walk. I can say now that the location is so great that we didn't use the public transport as we thought we would (advise: buy tickets for every trip and no 3 days tickets because it doesn't worths it :) ) The only minus I have is about the pillows (to big and hard for me) and the soft mastress. All in all Warsaw is a great, clean city and it worts paying a visit!

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. The only thing is that the blankets are a bit small for two people.

The area was peaceful. The Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Downstairs there was a guard by the lifts. The reception was close and the staff were friendly. I can recommend staying at this aparthotel.
