Very good location and excellent service

The apartments are generally nice. Unfortunately we got an apartment that had bed bugs as we got bitten at night while sleeping. We informed them in the morning and they changed the apartment for us.

It’s in a nice area and the lady at the reception was very nice and she was always ready to help with a smile

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I was extremely happy with my stay, the service exceptional, modern room with comfy bed. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most fabulous stay!

Basically all was ok. Clean rooms, all that we need in the kitchen.

Stayed here for a girl’s trip and couldn’t be more happy. Everything was clean and it made me feel like home. The service was also excellent!

Spacious, a fully equipped kitchen, great shower, two bathrooms, central location. The only drawback is the lack of central air conditioning, though a fan helped. Otherwise an excellent apartment-hotel.

Modern facilities in an excellent apartment, great location, good communication, and more. The only downside is that the sofabed isn't very comfortable.

Property is located in central Warsaw, walking distance to most points of interest. Check in was very easy. Apartment was nice and clean, plenty of room for family of 4. There was no shower in the apartment, it was not mentioned in the description and there is no AC, only one portable fan. I stayed during every hot weather therefore it was a major factor. If you are traveling during cooler months and you don’t care about the shower issue then you will love this place. Again, location was great!
