The apartment was in a wonderful location. Walking to old town was easy for the metro line was only about 200 yards away. Clean. Safe , and a washer machine. Only down side it was hot and there wasn't any a/c. Would definitely go again but in cooler weather! Warszawa was great.

It was good, but the sofa bed was too old and my kids were bitten by bugs.

We are a family of four and our virgin trip to Warsaw. We have read a few reviews on the hotels in Warsaw and decided to choose Exclusive Aparthotel as they have received the most positive reviews. As we were supposed to reached Warsaw on 23 Nov but unfortunately we have missed our flight as such we have to change our travelling itinerary. I have emailed the Hotel to inform about my mishap and will need to postpone my trip to Dec. Upon check-in at the reception counter, we were advised on the rules and regulations of the property. The furnishings in the apartment is very new and well maintained. It comes with a kitchenette, washing machine and the apartment is very spacious. What makes me disgusted and gutted was the service rendered by the staffs and managers. I have been to many European countries and this is the first time we received such terrible service. We had arranged for a late checkout till 6pm on our departure date as our flight was at 11pm. My husband then proceed to the reception counter at 05.48pm to settle the bill but the main door was closed and there was a sign stating that will be back soon. At 6pm, my husband then went back to the counter to settle the bill. When my husband asked to have a look at the bill, the guy at the reception said that you must pay first before they can give you the bill. He further added on that we did cancel the previous booking and insisted that we had to pay all the charges first before obtaining the bill. My husband was shocked and commented that even if we were to dine in a restaurant, we get to view the bill first before we make payment. What disgusted us was that the receptionist responded that we are not a restaurant, we are a hotel and this is by the law. As my husband did not want to make a scene at the counter, he proceed to make the payment. The attitude of the Reception Manager, Ms Paulina, was something one would have never expected. She was so arrogant when I was talking to her. She kept emphasis that I did not cancel my previous reservation. In order to keep her mouth shut, I said that I have the email to prove my cancellation. She kept quiet. As someone also coming from the service industry, the service received from the property is a complete disgrace to us. Will definitely not return to this property.

There has certainly been an effort made to get the benefits of both a hotel and an apartment building, but some things have gone sideways. The bathroom was very nicely done, with all the fittings, and even a bidet and towel warmer. But there was no shower door, not even a curtain, so each shower resulted in a small flood, and the towel warmer was at the opposite end of the room from the tub/shower. There is a concierge, but it is only accessible from outside the building. And while the attendant was pleasant and helpful, as there was no phone in the apartment, each need necessitated a walk downstairs and outside. Each apartment has a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a towel warmer available in the laundry room, but there is a limit to how many things can be hung at once. The result is a wash that takes an hour, and drying that takes all day for a single load. One of the bedrooms had a closet, the other didn't. Both rooms had reading lights mounted on the wall, but someone had reconfigured one of the rooms since installation, so one reading light was over the middle of the bed, and the other was off near the foot on one side. Good location. The rooms were clean when we arrived, but there appeared to be no housekeeping services. The only time someone came to our room, over three days, was when we requested more towels. The sofa is an official place to sleep, but when the bed was made up the topsheet was left off. Housekeeping had left for the day, so we had to wait 45 minutes for the concierge to be able to leave her desk and bring one upstairs. All in all, if you are very independent, or want to entertain in your suite, it was very nice. But if you want a full-service facility, it is a rather unusual place.

Great apartment. We were 6 (2 adults and 4 kids), A very nice, clean and equipped 2 bedroom apartment, with elevator. Location is perfect, next to city center and Metro. Staff were very helpful. Will recommend for everyone.

This is a very modern and large apartment hotel that is well located in Warsaw to see all the sights.The only thing missing was a toaster. We could walk to all the sights from here in 20 - 30 minutes - the Old Town, the New Town and the modern business section with its towering skyscr apers. The Jewish area is also close by. Having a washer/dryer is a real bonus when you have been on the road travelling.

Exclusive aparthotel has a great location in the center of Warsaw within a walking distance to all the main attractions, including the old town. The apartment was very nice, clean and roomy and equipt with everything you need. The guests just have to take in consideration that it doesn't include cleaning service for the apartment as it usually common in regular hotels (no towels chance and room cleaning with are available upon extra payment). The people at the 24/7 reception are very kind and helpful. overall, the hotel is most recommended, especially for families.

We were there for the marathon. Having kitchen facilities was a big plus, as my son could prepare the proper breakfasts. The people were helpful and friendly, and the facility is attractive, clean, and within walking distance of almost everything.
