séjour gâché par un problème d'odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain. pièce située au rez de chaussé avec fenêtres donnant sur le hall. salle de bain minuscule. Équipement correct mais odeur insoutenable...

Lugar muy céntrico, limpio y practico

No es un hotel para ir con niños pequeños (3 y 5 años). Solo había un sofá y dos camas de 90 cm. Se pueden imaginar como dormimos.

We were a family of two adults and a young child staying summer 2014. There were a lot of very good things about this apartment. It was clean, had many facilities and is in a good location quite close to the centre. We only saw any staff when we arrived but the room was reasonably well appointed. In many ways it was 5 star but there were two problems. It is located in a residential area across the river from the main tourist sites. That is good in many ways but it meant that it was a little noisy late at night. The wooden framed, single-glazed windows did not provide any sound-proofing. The reason not to stay here again was the beds. The room we booked was billed as sleeping four. In fact there were only two average sized single beds and one small sofa-bed. The sofa bed was too small to comfortably fit two averaged sized adults and was massively uncomfortable even for one person. It is the sort of thing that you might have in your spare room for unexpected guests and was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. If there had of been four of us, half of us would not have slept at all. If you stayed with friends and they asked you to sleep on that you would have a quiet word to tell them that they needed a new bed. In a business, where people are paying for accommodation, this is terrible.

Todo correcto y limpio. El dueño muy amable, aunque no pudimos pagar con tarjeta. como nota negativa el olor a humedad del baño, creo que con un simple extractor se arreglaría ese problema y la habitación mejoraría muchísimo.

Personeel spreekt alleen spaans. Geen ramen in het appartement naar buiten, hierdoor geen frisse lucht. Afvoer goed te ruiken in het toilet.

The check-in experience was easy and straight forward, there was a lift up to the room which you don't get in all buildings in that area. The room was very well equipped with fridge, hob, mircowaver, cooking utencils etc. cosy bed, well decorated and only a street behind Calle Betis, however although so close you couldn't hear the street noise from the room. We also loved watching the stars on the open air roof terrace which had magnificant views of the Triana church. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Sevilla. It seemed under priced for what was offered and its location.
