We were not able to communicate with the guy who came to let us in to our apt (which btw even when we called him half hour before arrival was 20 mins late). He spoke ZERO English and they did not even have anyone who spoke English. Our internet was not working and it turns out that it was due to some construction in the neighborhood. The terrible part is that the guy Antonia who came to let us in fooled us by helping us connect to an unsecure internet which was through his phone..i.e. it worked only while he was in the room with us. We were quite upset about this. Also, the water in the shower was a very low stream and it only had HOT water. Very uncomfortable; my parents did not even shower because of it. All in all, it was not a fun place to be at.

Chambre très propre ainsi que les parties communes + terrasse très agréablme. Hôtel idéalement situé, proche des animations de soirées et du centre historique (15 min à pied). Par contre, un appartement pour six personnes = une chambre avec deux lits doubles, dont un en mezzanine, et un canapé lit très inconfortable. La clim n'est pas assez puissante, ce qui fait que tout le monde a chaud durant la nuit, surtout sur la mezzanine.Il faut téléphoner au propriétaire à l'arrivée. Il est très sympathique (même s'il ne parle pas l'anglais), et nous a laissé garder les clés pour récupérer nos valises.

Hotellejligheden er virkelig fin, man kan sove 6 personer, der er en skøn tagterrasse og lejligheden ligger i et meget charmerende kvarter, lige på den anden side af floden ift centrum. Den er perfekt til en familie som gerne vil opleve Sevilla og have den frihed som en lejlighed giver. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage en dag.

The owner does not speak english, so it is quite hard to communicate. Understands words check in and check out. Apartment was in nice part of town, near to all points of interest, like church. Apartment was smaller than it looks in pictures, just one big room with beds, sofa and little kichen, and toalet with shower.

Net appartament, goed verzorgd en op prima locatie (15 min. lopen naar stadscentrum). Wij hadden appartament met balkon en openslaande deuren aan de straatkant, maar afgebeelde foto is genomen in het trappenhuis met alleen daglicht door het dak. De appartament achterin hebben dus verder geen ramen en zijn binnen erg donker. 's Nachts wat kou geleden omdat er alleen een dunne sprei op de bedden lag. Wat minpuntjes: de eigenaar spreekt absoluut geen Engels, Duits of Frans en wij geen Spaans, dus dat was met handen en voeten proberen elkaar te begrijpen (bij aankomst moet de eigenaar gebeld worden voor de sleutel). 's Nachts was er in de straat veel uitgaanslawaai van schreeuwende mensen, auto's en de vuilniswagen die om 4 uur de containers kwam legen. Ondanks deze kleine ongemakken is dit zeker een plek waar we nog eens terug willen komen en kunnen aanbevelen aan vrienden.

The room was nice - cooking available, although we didn't use the kitchenette. The sofa bed was not that comfortable - but are any? The beds were fine. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, although he didn't speak any English. The wifi wasn't working. When we called him he came right to our room but couldn't figure out the problem. We we told him we needed to email the bank, so he brought us his personal netbook to use. We were very grateful. There was a terrace with a few tables up top that was very enjoyable. It was a close walk to the sights of Seville and there were many places to eat nearby. Parking was on the narrow street.
