La struttura e gli appartamenti sono moderni, ma piccoli. Il nostro aveva un soppalco carino ma scomodo con un letto matrimoniale. In 6 si stava abbastanza stretti. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Proprio vicino al fiume a a molti locali. Il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.

Haimme edullista majoitusta yhdeksi yöksi siirtymätaipaleella. Casas y Patios de Tierna on edullinen majoitusvaihtoehto hieman suuremmallekin perheelle (2 aik. + 3 lasta). Huone oli sympaattisesti kunnostettu vanhaa tyyliä kunnioittaen. Huone oli erittäin siisti. Ilmastointi toimi moitteettomasti - erittäin tärkeä ominaisuus Sevillassa! Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta silti kävelymatkan (alle 10 min.) päässä keskustasta. Ilmaisen parkkipaikan löytäminen saattaa olla haasteellista, mutta meillä kävi tuuri ja saimme auton parkkiin saman kadun varteen. Majoituspaikan viitoitus on heikko. Ovessa on vain pieni käyntikortti, jossa yhteystiedot. Kannattaa soittaa ennen saapumista ja sopia, että huonetta ollaan luovuttamassa. Internet-yhteys oli heikko ylimmässä kerroksessa. Näistä varauksista ja puutteista huolimatta voimme kuitenkin suositella.

Convenient little place for a one night stop off in Seville or if staying for a longer break (due to the kitchenette facilities). Local area is rich in tapas bars and short walk across bridge to the main tourist Santa Cruz area and tourist attractions. No frills or extras such as hair dryers, soap, etc., offered so come prepared (but local super mercado close by for all necessary purchases). There is also no reception so you call in advance and some Spanish useful as the man doesn't speak any English(we got the local batman to call on our behalf). Although check in is from 3pm the hotel was flexible on this and we arrived slightly earlier. It was nice to stay in a local district beyond the main tourist area for a change.

We stayed in this studio apartment in November '13 and although it was nicely appointed, there are no windows with a view of the outdoors. The only window looks into an open stairwell/courtyard (which you wouldn't open since everyone can see into your apartment.) This open stairwell courtyard results in a very noisy environment, especially in the wee hours of the morning when people are coming back after a night out. Additionally, there was construction going on outside that started at 8 in the morning. We had just arrived from the US the night before so as you can imagine, we were not pleased to be awakened so early by the sound of jack hammers. The landlord was less than understanding and when we said that we were thinking of moving to a hotel, he insisted that we would have to pay for the remainder of our stay anyway. Needless to say, his inflexibility was disappointing and we got the sense that he was just interested in the money not the satisfaction of his guests. I would say all in all, that while the apartment was "cute" (in spite of the lack of windows), we would not stay here again because of the noise.

Confort des lits très bien. Equipement de la cuisine minimaliste.Le quartier est très intéressant - malheureusement très bruyant. Mis à part des travaux sous nos fenêtres le samedi soir c'est la fête toute la nuit . Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées il y a donc beaucoup de bruit dans les entrées et sorties des autres appartements à tout heure du jour et de la nuit..

It's a very cute apartment but not for four people like we were. Two of us had to sleep on the couch which was broken and uncomfortable. It left no room for the small coffee table which served for eating. It would have been perfect for two or for a smaller stay (we stayed for 6 nights). No cleaning during our stay... The location was great!

Great spot so central, beautifully decorated for the price range, lots of nice tapas bars close by. Would fully recommend. Only thing I didn't like was that we did not have a window out onto the street, instead into an enclosed central courtyard which made the room dark. Bar that, perfect.

Todo muy bien. Volveria a repetir.
