Zeer gehorig ! Geen koelkast op de kamer . De check in verliep zeer onprofessioneel.

Nicht viel.

Für diesen Preis hätte ich ein richtiges Hotel erwartet. Das ist ein uraltes Haus, das etwas renoviert wurde. Sehr kleine Dusche. Der Spühlknopf der Toilette blieb hängen. Die Bodenplatten im Zimmer neben dem Bett waren lose, usw.

No reception. The gate was closed and no one answered the intercom. We had to call the number on booking which corresponds to the old owner, who told us to call the Suisse hotel, which gave us the code to open the automatic gate. Then we had to go looking for someone to assign the room, given that there is no reception. We found a person who speaks neither Italian nor English and who registered us with only the photo of the document on her personal cell phone. The room was spacious but absolutely not up to the price... Wooden canopy bed ruined and full of dust, worn and dirty sofa, bathroom without working light, without curtain or shutter on the window from which you could see the neighbor's terrace ( we had to put the bath towel as a temporary curtain, bidet completely clogged, even the following morning the water was still there. Unkept garden, swimming pool and iron loungers without cushions: unusable. TV with only 4 channels and tea service with schuko socket and no adapter... We pointed out the lack of curtain and the problem of the bidet to the girl but it was not resolved. Furthermore, at 2 am we were woken up and forced to ask for silence from the members of the foreign family who live there and manage the hotel who were chatting loudly under our windows. Absolutely not recommended. Nessuna accoglienza. Cancello chiuso enessuno rispondeva al citofono. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare il num presente su booking che corrisponde al vecchio proprietario, il quale ci ha indicato di chiamare l'hotel Suisse, che ci ha dato il codice dell'apertura del cancello automatico. Poi siamo dovuti andare alla ricerca di qualcuno per l'assegnazione della camera, visto che non c'è reception, persona che non parla né italiano né inglese e che ci ha registrato con solo la foto del documento sul cellulare personale. La camera spaziosa ma assolutamente non all'altezza del prezzo...

Bella e pulita, tv doc la camera perfetto

Purtroppo la piscina non funzionante( era vuota) e i lettini senza cuscini perciò anche volendo stare al sole non è stato possibile.

La habitación era muy amplia así como el baño. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. El aire acondicionado mantenía una temperatura realmente agradable, y el contar con parking es un plus para una zona en la que el coche es un extra muy importante para desplazarse. El trato fué bueno por parte del personal.

Necesita mejorar el entorno del jardín y la sensación de cierto abandono.

Katastrof, kan inte rekommendera detta boende till någon! Det ser öde och sliter ut. Den sk poolen hade inget vatten. När vi skulle checka in kunde vi inte få tillgång till rummet eftersom mannen i ”receptionen” (ett skrivbord vid entrén) inte visste vår dörrkod. Efter mycket om och men fick han hjälp med att programmera en tillfällig kod så vi kunde komma in i rummet. Vi sov inte en blund, pga att det var väldigt lyhört (med pipande då grannarna slog in sina dörrkoder). Vid ”incheckning” meddelade vi att vi skulle resa rätt tidigt morgonen efter. När vi skulle åka vid 8.30 fanns ingen personal på plats och vår bil var inlåst på hotellets gårdsplan. Med hjälp av en boende i byggnaden fick vi hjälp med att få ut bilen från området. Hotellet har säkert varit fint en gång i tiden, men den tiden är förbi.

Nous avons eu un souci avec un écoulement d’eau dans la chambre et le personnel a été très réactif et nous a immédiatement changé de chambre. Pratique lorsqu’on a une voiture car nous avons pu nous garer facilement

Nous avons eu le même code d’accès pour l’ouverture du portail, pour la porte de l’établissement et pour la porte de notre chambre, ce qui questionne la sécurité. Personne à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée. Les nuits ont été très bruyantes (claquements de porte, cris), ce qui nous a pas permis de passer une seule nuit reposante. Dans notre première chambre, nous avions un canapé délabré qui laissait des résidus sur les habits lorsqu’on s’y asseyait. Pas de rideau ou volets dans la salle de bain, ni autre chose pouvant obstruer les fenêtres.
