Habitation laissée à l'abandon, pas d'eau chaude , piscine hors service, terrain non entretenu et du bruit des autres vacanciers jusqu'à 4h du matin. Séjour déplorable. Nous avons mis un message au propriétaire en demandant un geste commercial, nous attendons une réponse de sa part. Nous avons pris la piscine en photo comment la transmettre à booking.com ?

Qu on ne retrouve pas la télécommande la Clim . On a eu très chaud dans la nuit

The room was a good size and clean, the bed was comfy & there was a nice supply of toiletries.

First impressions of the place were awful, the outside of the building was a mess, the garden unkempt, the pool was not in use, and there was lots of rubbish and dead cars strewn about. The outdoor furniture was tatty. There is no restaurant on site anymore. We were given a key code for our bedroom, which was the same as the entrance gates. But what was more worrying, and unnerving was the fact that other guests had the same code to their bedroom. The description is not accurate & it is not worth the money we paid for the night.

Absolutely nothing!

The property was completely run down inside and outside and in my view should not be open, certainly not on Booking.com!

La casa no tenía número ,no nos encontramos con ningún personal ,suerte con una chica que salía del trabajo y está de verdad un sol, se puso en contacto con todos . En la habitación faltaban una almohada y no avía personal para decírselo. Muy mal ,no volveremos.

De kamer was ruim en netjes, met een leuk balkon. Alles wat je nodig hebt was schoon. De kamer had ook een goede basisfaciliteit, zoals een nette inrichting en een mooi balkon waar je buiten kon zitten.

Helaas waren er verschillende nadelen. De kamer was verouderd en extreem gehorig; de vloeren kraakten hard en het leek aan renovatie toe. We hadden veel geluidsoverlast ’s nachts van studenten of jongeren die extreem veel lawaai maakten, zoals muziek draaien en met deuren slaan. Dit ging dan ook de hele nacht door. Er was geen duidelijk aanspreekpunt of receptie, en de toegang tot het gebouw en de kamer was via codes, wat aanvankelijk verwarrend was. We hebben geen andere vakantiegangers in het gebouw gezien, enkel jongeren. Daarnaast was de pizzeria of restaurant, die volgens de informatie aanwezig zou zijn, volledig gesloten. Het zwembad, dat op Booking.com werd vermeld, bleek een grote teleurstelling: het water was groen en vies, volledig verouderd en de omgeving was verwilderd. Tijdens de nacht dat we in een andere kamer moesten slapen vanwege een lekkende airco, merkten we dat deze kamer veel minder was dan de kamer aan de voorkant. De tijdelijke kamer had geen balkon en was van een aanzienlijk lagere kwaliteit. Dit bevestigde ons gevoel dat de kamer aan de voorkant veel beter was. Gezien de extreme gehorigheid, geluidsoverlast en teleurstellende faciliteiten zouden wij niet opnieuw voor deze accommodatie kiezen.

steer clear of this hotel!! I turned up at this hotel for check-in a little before 2am on a Sunday in July this year. There I met a closed gate with no possibility of entering for check-in. I have my own car and it is almost impossible to park in the narrow street by the hotel, but I was able to temporarily park in the driveway of a neighbor to the hotel. The hotel is located within a fenced area with a large metal gate and it cannot be opened from the outside and it is therefore not possible to enter either by car or on foot. There is no poster or other information at the gate on how to get in touch with the hotel. The hotel looks completely uninhabited and the neighbor with whom I parked said that there were frivolous and problematic conditions there. I then called the hotel host on the number listed in Booking.com and was told that the check-in had to be done in the center of the city at another hotel and that it was the only option I had. To get to this hotel you have to drive through impassable narrow streets with masses of tourists and I told the host that this was out of the question and that he would have to show up at the hotel so that I could check in normally. Important: There is no place under the hotel information that the check-in is to take place several kilometers away from the hotel. He refused to come to the hotel to check in and I therefore just had to leave and find another hotel. This matter is, in my view, completely incomprehensible. I have been on holiday now for almost four weeks and have booked hotels through Booking.com but have not come close to this behavior from a hotel host. Have complained about this matter to Booking.com, but have not yet received feedback after over a week. Apart from this episode, I have been very happy with arranging my hotel stays through Booking.com, but I am surprised that they do not give me feedback on my complaint. Very poor customer service.

Πανέμορφο παλιό σπίτι με περιβάλλοντα χώρο το οποίο όμως είναι παρατημένο...τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ όμορφα και ευρύχωρα όπως κ πολύ καθαρά.

Μοιάζει με εγκαταλελειμμένο.. χρειάζεται άμεση ολική ανακαίνιση.

Ausblick + schönes Gebäude, saubere Zimmer

Der Ort hat leider nichts mehr mit den alten Rezensionen zu tun. Inzwischen wahrscheinlich nicht mehr vom selben Besitzer geführt. Pizzeria ist dauerhaft geschlossen und kein Personal vor Ort. Pool ist nicht mehr in Betrieb und Frühstück kommentarlos ausgefallen. Zimmer sind allerdings sauber und der Blick wie gehabt wunderschön. Größtes Problem für uns war das Sicherheitsgefühl. Alle Zimmer scheinen den selben Zugangscode zu haben, der seit Jahren nicht mehr geändert wurde. Nachts Personen auf den Fluren die wohl kaum andere Gäste gewesen sein können. Dieses Unwohlsein und der durch die Personen verursachte Lärm lässt einen keine Minute ruhigen Schlaf.
