Les avis que j'avais consultés dataient de plus de 2 ans !! L'établissement a bien changé et perdu en qualité : plus de petit déjeuner - plus de pizzeria - piscine inutilisable - climatisation non fonctionnelle Bref, cela permet de dormir pour un coût moins prohibitif que les prix pratiqués alentours. N'en attendez pas plus

Niosący się hałas i hałaśliwi goście. Brak personelu na miejscu, a większość osób z obsługi, z którymi kontaktowałam się telefonicznie nie mówi po angielsku. Kod do drzwi do wszystkich pokojów jest taki sam..

Wir hatten Alla Torretta gebucht, jedoch wurden wir vor Ort darauf hingewiesen, dass die Unterkunft keine Gäste aufnimmt. Kurzerhand wurden wir an ein anderes Hotel (Suisse in Bellagio) "weitergereicht". Von einem Aufenthalt in diesen Hotel raten wir ab. Service und Zimmer waren/sind weit unter Durchschnitt. Personal unfreundlich, da es mit dem Hoteleigenen Restaurant beschäftigt war. Zimmer minimalistisch ausgestattet, teilweise staubig, die Abluft der Küche in unmittelbarere Nähe zum Zimmer führte zu einer starken Geruchsbelästigung. Bad ohne Spiegel, Handtuchhalter, Föhn usw. aber mit SAUNA !

After paying 500 euros for 2 nights Flying from the UK, picking up a hire car , getting to this hotel for 3pm this establishment was closed/Derelict. Messaged the owner , no answer. Rang number and staff member on other end of call hung up. Twice. We were left with no where to stay.

Schöne Aussicht und interessantes historisches Gebäude

Hotel scheint geschlossen , es gibt kein Personal und keinerlei erreichbare Hotelleitung - keinerlei Frühstück Das einzige schöne Zimmer war ordentlich und ein toller Raum mit Balkon. Die Villa ist sonst ziemlich heruntergekommen und mit jugendlichen Migranten belegt. Nachts um 4 wollte einer dieser in mein Zimmer eindringen und kannte den Code zum Einlass. Es wurde zudem keine Registrierung vorgenommen.

I proprietari ci hanno dirottato presso Suisse Hotel ( sempre di Loro proprietà perché “ Alla Torretta” stanno eseguendo dei lavori di manutenzione. Il soggiorno è andato benissimo in quanto la struttura si trova in pieno centro, a ridosso del Lago e la vista è incantevole. Il personale gentilissimo, la stanza pulita .

We booked this property 24 hours prior to our arrival as it was a little out of town and advertised on-site parking. Upon arrival, we found the property locked up and vacant. We phoned the property and were told to go into the town centre to find it. Confused, we drove around the town perimeter several times to find a park as you cannot drive into the centre of Bellagio. We finally found a parking spot and walked almost a kilometre up and down hills to where we were told to go. Still could not find ‘Alla Toretta’. Another phone call and we were given a description and address of where to go. This property is a completely different property altogether! The property ‘Alla Torretta’ was not even open for business when we booked it! We wasted two hours and three phone calls trying to find a property we didn’t even book! The place we actually stayed at was called ‘Hotel Suisse’, which is also listed on the Booking.com site. The only positive feature is that it has a lakefront view. It is situated above a restaurant which is incredibly noisy. We could hear people talking loudly and slamming doors until the early hours of the morning. A couple of hours of reprieve from that noise and the dripping noise from the oil heater starting up at 5:30am! The bed was also very uncomfortable just to top off a miserable night. We were completely misled and have no idea why ‘Alla Toretta’ is even advertised on Booking.com!…Total lack of confidence in Booking.com.
