"Euro style room in old coastal manarola."

8.0

Very clean and modern. Great location in Manarola next door to tasty, well run cafe. Not a great deal of charm, but everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Great to stay here because around 8:00 when the tourists leave, you get a wonderful sense of calm and authenticity

This place is perfectly situated. Got off the train - go thru the tunnel and it is right there on your right a few feet up the hill. The walk up the flight of stairs was the only negative, but we had help getting our bags up - so it wasn't a big deal. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was very helpful. We were able to wash clothes in our room and hang them just outside our window (we brought our own equipment). We had help deciding where to hike and which trails to take considering the hot weather. All in all it was a wonderful stay and made our time in Cinque Terra even better.

"Great staff, nice hotel. "

8.0

The hotel location is great, close to the train station. The staff manager was very helpful, provided good advice as where to go within our stay. He also met as at the train station. Provided train time table and helped as to plan our trip. The hotel is clean and with kettle for coffee and tea. We had a good stay there. It would be even better, if there is air conditioner.

Spacious and clean room with an added king size bed as a bonus. Great location just at the bottom of the hill next to the train station.

"Easy to walk, hard to sleep"

6.0

Simone is an excellent host. Property is clean and safe and so very easy to reach fron the tunnel coming from the train station with no uphill or downhill climb. Room is very basic. Nothing fancy. We very much needed a fan to cool the room. With windows open, it was very difficult to sleep because noise from the street does not stop until after midnite and begins before 6am when the trash collectors start their work. Bed was comfortable. Pillows, not so much.

"Good"

6.0

Had to walk up and down a long steep road with all of our bags. There was no air in the room. There was a rooster that crowed every morning at 5am and the noise outside our window was so loud early every morning with the local merchants getting ready for the day. The staff was very friendly but we chose the wrong village to stay in.

"Our short but great sray in Cinque Terre"

8.0

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the bedroom and bathroom to be spacious, extremely clean and bright. This was a pleasant surprise as many of our rooms had been quite small. It was in an ideal location and very easy to find once we left the train. The staff were very helpful and assisted with our enquiries and needs.

"Super location"

10.0

Once you step off the train, head down the stairs and through the tunnel, you are there! No steep streets. The marble steps leading to the rooms are shined to sparkle. The room was spacious and clean. And there is even a refrigerator in the room! The best part of our stay was the staff. Simone was such a huge help! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

"Modern room in Cinque Terre's most romantic town"

10.0

We loved this hotel and the town of Manarola. The hotel is located just past the train tunnel which was an ideal location for us. There was no lugging baggage up the steep streets. There were great restaurants near by. The room itself was modern, simple and clean. Simone was a great host and answered all our questions. We thought Manarola was a great choice because of the good restaurants and scenery while it didn't seem as busy as some of the other towns.
