"A beautiful hotel in a stunning location."

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff, particularly the receptionists, very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the mattress which was too soft for me but the room itself was spotless and spacious. We definitely will be staying at this hotel again.

Nice settting, good food, nice Staff. Traffic noise wasn’t great. Breakfast was messed up by the eggs not arriving with the full breakfast, then I had finished my breakfast and the eggs still hadn’t arrived, no urgency shown by the Staff concerned.

The access for disable people is very poor. Only stairs to get to bedroom. Once they changed rooms the windows were right on front of path to front car park Noisy people looking in and others talking loudly at window. Positive was very comfortable clean rooms excellent breakfast

Lovely place with a nice feel. Very well presented and well furnished. Wasn’t able to take the breakfast as I had to leave soon after 7am. Evening meal was very good and was served quickly. Plug is the shower must be partly blocked as it was in danger of overflowing.

Really lovely calm hotel.Maybe only thing I would change is have a help your self breakfast cereal/fruit before you have your cooked breakfast and better decaf coffee.

Quite a plush hotel. Good food, generous servings. Only drawback was noise from kichen extractor fan in evenings and mornings but it was bearable. Polite staff.

Excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained and furnished. The staff were exceptional, they were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was first class, cooked to perfection and well presented. I have stayed in what must be hundreds of hotels over the past 60 years and most should look at The Croft Hotel as an example of a standard to achieve. Thank you very much everyone.
