"A comfortable stay"

This hotel is located in a quiet suburban street. The room was cosy and comfortable, and met my needs for a 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable. Location suited me. There is a common kitchen on site - useful if you wanted to prepare basis meals. The room has an electric kettle to make tea/coffee.

The noise of the light rail - not enough to stop me sleeping, just always there.

"Das Hotel hat Potenzial, uns hat es aber nicht überzeugt"

Gebucht haben wir die Unterkunft wegen der Lage nah zum Coogee Beach and Walk, wir würden das Hotel jedoch nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Zimmer liegen entweder gegenüber vom Krankenhaus und einer viel befahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahn oder zur ruhigeren Wohnstraße hin. Unser Zimmer lag gegenüber dem Krankenhaus und es war durchweg laut. Wir hatten eine große Kakerlake unter dem Bett. Was uns am meisten irritiert hat, wir haben per WhatsApp mehrfach Aufforderungen erhalten einem Link zu folgen, um die Buchung zu bestätigen und zu bezahlen, obwohl die Buchung über booking.com getätigt worden war. Wer hat also die Buchungsdaten samt ID und Mobilnummer weitergegeben?
