The location very close to the POWH

It was very very small I thought for nearly $400 you would get more for your money. Staff were very nice and friendly and the location was very convenient

"Very enjoyable."

Location perfect. Close to light rail terminus which was very convenient for access to city. Also an excellent position for my daughter and her guide dog, as she did not have to ask advice for multiple options on bus services.

Room was quite small; door to bathroom not easy to open.

Rooms are “tired”, bathroom ( shower in particular) looked like it needed a good dose of bleach… tiles on lower areas were mouldy

"Very handy affordable place to stay for out of town people for hospital appointments"

Was close to hospital for an early morning appointment.

Gets a lot of street noise from trams etc, but fine for one night. Bathrooms are incredibly tiny, would not fit large people

"nice little hotel in a great location"

great location right next to the tram line which went to circular quay. there were good restaurants if you turned right at the top of the hill. the room was small but very adequate. it was nice sitting out on the balcony. the staff were excellent and really helped me when I had a problem.

it was a bit noisy with the trams passing by, but the upside was having them so close
