well presented all round. the sofa bed was made up as requested. tv and ac was in both rooms. kitchen facilities great, and location near the hospital was perfect for our purpose.

The location was excellent for the light rail. Being able to use the amenities provided in the kitchen was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very small with a noisy concertina door.

It was nice to have the large outdoor area with shady trees, drawback was the mosquitoes. The bed was good and the kitchen was great next door to use the toaster and get some extra cups etc when needed.

I got the disabled room for some reason which was ok, but for a tall person the mirror and shower was too low.

Good location to transport and shops

Very noisy with the tram going by day and night

Everything I needed and nothing that I didn't need.

Noise from the light rail was a bit annoying.

We’re travelling for a hospital appointment absolutely what we needed took the hassle out of the appointment

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata nella media; La posizione non è centrale ma risulta comunque molto comoda per la vicinanza dei mezzi che ti portano in centro in 20 minuti circa senza cambiare. La stanza é piuttosto piccola (poco spazio per riporre i vestiti) ma molto luminosa e pulita. La presenza dell’aria condizionata é sempre un plus. Avevamo a disposizione un piccolo balcone. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza del bollitore con varie bustine e la possibilità di usare shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per viaggiatori poco esigenti a cui interessa una base comoda per spostarsi.

Bagno piccolo. Non abbiamo apprezzato la moquette in stanza ma è una costante che abbiamo trovato un po ovunque. Purtroppo il materasso era davvero troppo morbido, investirei su quello.
