No fridge in the bedroom. No air conditioning. Floor boards very creaky. Noisy traffic.
We stayed here for 3 nights while we were on Jersey and this was just what we wanted. The staff we very friendly and very helpful and we would stay here again if on the Island.
Hotel was nice but just needs a tidy up. Seems to be a hotel for the older generation. A good walk to the town from the hotel but overall no complaints
The Hotel is traditional or conventional in its provision of services provided- not flash nor dowdy. Suits a mature clientele though there are steps within the building requiring consideration by anybody with mobility issues. Pleasant enough stay for a brief get away holiday or break.
It was quiet,the food was very nice ,clean and the staff was pleasant .
Room was a lot dirtier than expected, there’s also a foul smell throughout the corridors. Did not look like how the images online make it out to be. Unfortunately wasn’t able to receive a decent refund for this - the area around the hotel is pretty bad too - it’s next to a roundabout so a lot of road noise.

Our room was a little tired and in need of refurbishment; the bed was too firm for me but I understand this is a personal preference and may be perfectly OK for others. All of the staff that I came into contact with (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were very good and investing in people is clearly an area of excellence for the hotel. As regards the food, I thought that the breakfast offering was good but the buffet dinner was poor quality and overpriced. I am a regular visitor to St Helier and there are better hotels nearby in this price bracket that I will use in the future.

Had a lovely few days with an amazing breakfast. Room decor could be updated. Chip paper!! Counted 50 stairs up to our room. No lift!!
