Scuba Lodge & Ocean Suites

The lodge is actually a series of older houses turned into a hotel. Each has his own entrance, and there is no elevator. I loved the old-fashioned nature of it and since I was snorkeling every day, didn’t mind the climb up to the top floor, which had a lovely view of both the water and the moon. The staff was very friendly and carried the suitcases — all in all, it was a lovely place to stay, with a sense of history and charm.

Location and the building was pretty, hotel staff (not the restaurant!) were friendly and thoughtful. The pool was lovely and being close to the ocean was great.

Overpriced for basic rooms, on site restaurant was noisy, especially for the rooms next to it. Restaurant guests more important than hotel guests.

An outstanding stay at the cozy, boutique Scuba Lodge. Confortable room, with excellent poolside ocean views with access to a sheltered bay for a eelaxing swim. Top-notch staff, who were always eager to assist with any questions that I had, along with providing excellent advice and arranging sight-seeing excurions . Located in the heart of the Pietermaai neighbourhood, a UNESCO World Hertigage site, you are within walking distance of the the sights, sounds, food and music that this beautiful Island offers. Regarding my stay at Scuba Lodge, in the street-facing apartment, I can only say wonderful things. The experience was amazing from the very beginning. The atmosphere, with its historical character and beautiful architecture, adds so much charm and personality to the place. I truly loved every detail of the apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable, with impeccable linens. The shower also deserves special mention. Great water pressure, which makes a big difference to me after long days of sun and sea. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, and oven, all in perfect working condition. There is a small table with two stools, ideal for breakfast, and also a lovely balcony with a table for four, overlooking the street and its beautiful colorful houses. Such a charming view. 😍 Regarding breakfast, we did not book it daily, but we had an à la carte experience, and everything we ordered was excellent. The entire team was always kind, attentive, and proactive. 🥰 We booked the apartment directly with the hotel, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Scuba Lodge. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We already can’t wait to return! 😎

Great place for breakfast. We just walked in to have a look did they serve breakfast. The had quite wide menu. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good.

We had an absolute blast. The staff at scuba Lodge was outstanding. The first day our mattress was a little uncomfortable and scuba. Lodge changed it immediately. Our room was stocked with tea, coffee, and creamer daily and cleaned beautifully as well. There was a nice coffee shop/restaurant next-door and the location was perfect for walking into town at night. we stayed in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, and it worked out great . We would definitely recommend scuba Lodge.

Location.

Room was very small and noisy. Some windows only shutters that don’t close very well and dont block the noise. All Windows need glass. Door also not properly sealing

Fantastiskt boende, stor fin lägenhet m kök för 4 personer. Fin balkong med havsutsikt. Området, restaurangen, personalen och närliggande dykcenter, allt var toppen. Nära att promenera 10 minuter till Queen Emma Bridge.

Mooie locatie . Rustieke uitstraling
