Galaxy Hotel

We stayed at the Galaxy hotel for 4 nights. Excellent staff who were able to accommodate our needs during check in and throughout our stay. Elena was an amazing person who listened to our needs for the other couple traveled with us and accommodated their need. I had a very nice sea view. The hotel is a 3 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was served in the next door hotel which was okay with us we enjoyed amazing coffee and cappuccino with their amazing Nespresso machines. Hotel needs some upgrades and enhancement, as for the bathroom didn’t have towel shelves, no body lotion or face tissues.

Stayed here for 8 nights with our 2 kids (7 & 4) and loved it! The location was perfect for us. A 2 min walk to one of the most child-friendly beaches we have visited. 10-15 min stroll to the main town with plenty of shops, restaurants and ice cream on the way! Reception staff were lovely and helped organise a car for us. The hotel is small, pretty and clean! We would definitely come back if there weren’t a thousand other stunning Greek islands calling!

We had a nice stay here. The rooms are much smaller then the appear in the photos. If you are planning on having more then two people in the room they are tight. Grounds were great service also great and you couldn’t beat the location. Naxos is a great island.

What a wonderful week we had here ! Just a short walk 5-10 min into Naxos town , right on St George’s beach (our room looked out over it ) , tavernas , shops everything at your doorstep yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to find peace and relaxation. But for us it was the wonderful staff , Ileni , Rania and all the team that made our stay so memorable. They helped with rental car hire , tips for tours , restaurant advice anything we needed they helped so kindly and willingly .. we will be recommending this hot l to our friends for sure ! Thank you team Galaxy .

A wonderful hotel in paradise! The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing. The staff was beyond accommodating. The included breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious! I will recommend to all. Location to town and winery perfect.

Fantastic place love the location, close to beach, restaurants and shops! The staff is so knowledgeable about the area and give great suggestions. I loved the breakfast and our room was so comfortable I enjoyed having my cappuccino on our balcony. Awesome place will definitely be going back!

Hotel was in a fantastic location. Facilities were great and the staff were very friendly and informative about the local area. Would definitely go back. Only down side is that the pool opening time is at 11am which felt a little late.

Very nice 3-night stay last week. Location is super - 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to town. The beach is great and the water is perfectly clear. No need to travel to other island beaches (though there are some beautiful spots around the island). Naxos town is alive and buzzing and has some great dining options. Definitely spend at least one night walking around. Our room was nice, but quite small. The bathroom was a bit dated and only had a small bottle of shampoo/body gel. Management really needs to up their game on this front! Breakfast is served next door at their sister property, and it was fine. We also had lunch at the restaurant which was very good. All in all, I give Galaxy 5* for location and overall cleanliness and atmosphere. Some work needs to be done, but I would still return for another visit.

Nice to have a pool and walking distance to beach and restaurants!
