Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba

Room that overlooked the ski slopes. It was magical. Buffett breakfast and dinner options were great. Onsen in the hotel has such a vibe after a full day of snow activities. It has a partially outdoor section to make it special, being able to see the snow fall whilst you relax in the hot water is nice.

Room is definitely dated but it's comfortable and has everything you need.

Lovely onsen, and great ski in ski out location for Cortina. Onsite ski rental and locker storage. Ample free parking for self drive customers.

Property is dated, with fixtures and fittings needing upgrade - though everything kept very clean. Family rooms (sleeping up to 6) only having one bathroom was unexpected. Cortina unfortunately closed due to lack of snow whilst we were there… which then makes location inconvenient when you need to get to other resorts to ski. Ski rental shop could stay open later or try to cater to later check ins who want to rent the night before skiing.

Breakfast was great and room size was good for families. Onsen was large and enjoyable experience

Facility was dated and uncomfortable beds. Location was great if mountain was open, unfortunately it was closed during our stay and there is no village to explore so we spent lots of time on the valley bus. Probably a different experience if there was more snow!

Onsen was great. Great coffee van on the slopes either yummy food. Good buffet food

The very strong smell of smoke in the locker room Would be useful having the shuttle bus timetable correct and on display. The copy we were given didn’t have the updated bus times
