Good view from window. Good breakfast. Good Buffet dinner.

Bed was too hard and old

Hotel itself it very pretty. Good skiing opportunities and reasonably priced lift pass. Customer service at the front desk was good, a lot of effort put into communication with English speaking guests.

The bedrooms were ok. However the heating is controlled at the main and the upstairs room was almost unbearable. Very hard to breathe and extremely warm. We had to open a window even when it was snowing outside to get some air. The breakfast itself was quite disappointing and very restricted by your given time slot.

คำอธิบายส่วนใหญ่ในโรงแรมจะเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น อยากให้เพิ่มคำบรรยายเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจได้ง่ายขึ้น

โรงแรมเข้าลึกหน่อย แต่ว้าวมาก ที่จอดรถเยอะมาก พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี ห้องจำนวนเยอะ ทำให้คนวุ่นวายบางช่วงเวลา อาหารเช้าและเย็นเป็นบุฟเฟ่ห์ดีมาก หลากหลาย วิวดี การจัดการดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางดีมาก

ห้องแอบเก่านิดนึง แต่ไม่เป็นปัญหา

バイキングの朝夕食付きでとてもリーズナブルに泊まれてよかった

洗面台からか、水漏れしており、トイレと洗面台のしたの床が常時湿っていた。

全てが良かったです。 長年、伺いたいと思っていました。 たいへん満足しました。

色々と無理をお願いしたけど 快く対応してくれた

ビュフェの食事メニューが豊富で全体においしかった
