The lady who checked me in was such a sweetheart. Very caring. Loved the room size and overall it appeared very clean. Loved the free water at check in. Becca’s comfortable.

The price. I still don’t have a good taste in my mouth about this. I didn’t get an IHG rate or my government discount rate and was told I didn’t get any of that because I didn’t call the hotel directly. Also the hot tub and pool were out of order, should be discounted for that too.
