"Good hotel, bad maid service"

Location near my daughters apartment. Up to date furnishings and bathroom.

We were charged $273+ for Saturday and Sunday stay and we did not get any maid service in spite of the fact the cleaning staff asked us if we were leaving for the day on Saturday and in spite of me asking the cleaning staff to clean the room when they wre down the hall on Sunday. I had to hunt them down to get clean towels on Sunday. On check out I asked the front desk if we were supposed to get maid service. He said yes and I told him we did not. He gave me 1,000 points. When I got home my wife was furious that we were charged $273 + taxes for those 2 niights.
