"Good"

We used to love this hotel and returned regularly as loyal guests for the past 4 years because of its great location and previous positive experiences. Sadly, this recent stay completely ruined our trust.

The housekeeping and hygiene standards failed catastrophically. We found a used/leftover foreign prescription injection in our minibar fridge, proving the room wasn't properly cleaned. Even worse, I drank the provided room water and developed a severe illness with a dangerously high fever, completely ruining 4 days of our vacation. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even have basic Paracetamol on site, forcing my husband to travel 45 minutes in the middle of the night to an open pharmacy, leaving me exhausted and burning with fever alone in the room with our 4-month-old baby. Management completely refused to offer any fair compensation (such as a refund for the nights or unused breakfasts) simply because we didn't have a formal medical report on hand immediately.

"Your guest service manager is super nice"

Swimming pool, breakfast and all facilities are perfect. 10 minutes walk from beach, parking is 18€ per night, bus station is in front of hotel. Swimming pool is open until 8pm. And dinner was amazing I missed the foods 😭

Only Matthias who works at reception was rude, the rest all staffs so kind and helpful, we enjoyed and we appreciated it for everything

Czysto, pokój odremontowany, sprzątany codziennie. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska najpierw autobusem A1 potem nr 4. Recepcja czynna 24h. Dobre śniadania, wszystko czego trzeba. Niedaleko ładna plaża i czysta woda w morzu. Teraz jestem po drugiej stronie i jest inaczej. Personel uprzejmy.

Nie odpisują na wiadomości. Bardzo mnie tym stresowali, meldunek przez link, chociaż dokonałam po to przyjeździe bez problemu.

Lovely reception area and restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, and so much choice. Pool and garden areas very lovely. Very comfortable bed and ever so clean. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

We had a bungalow that was lovely, the decor just abit dated and tired, main corridor areas would benefit modernising.
