Heel vriendelijk personeel, goed uitgebreid ontbijt, goede busverbinding naar Palma, taxi en huurauto makkelijk via jet hotel te regelen voor een goede prijs.

Enkele kamers zijn wat ouder en wat schimmel in de kitranden aanwezig.

Atendimento da recepcionista no dia 11/06 as 17:30 quando cheguei no hotel. Foi muito boa.

O ar condicionado não refresca o quarto, o quarto não foi limpo todos os dias, as toalhas so foram trocadas uma vez no primeiro dia, a internet não funcionava no meu quarto, a televisão não funcionava por falta de sinal de antena e de internet.

Skvělá lokalita, krásnou procházkou na pláž. Autobusová zastávka u hotelu. Výborná snídáně a perfektní večeře v hotelu Bonanza Playa. Pobyt v červnu byl perfektní i vzhledem k menší obsazenosti hotelu.

La atención es muy buena y el desayuno es excelente.

El parking es malísimo, si te toca un auto grande no entra en la cochera y no dan solución ya que cada uno estaciona donde puede a pesar de ser pago.

Breakfast was really good, pool facilities are good too. Lunch in the pool bar was always decent, nothing fancy but the food was good quality.

Pictures of the hotel room do not live up to the real thing. The room was quite run down. Lots of wear and tear. I noticed they are renovating some floors but our floor seemed quite outdated and the rooms were just quite rough around the edges. The hotel is a cheaper rate for the area but at £200 a night I would at least expect the room to be presentable. The door to the terrace had a broken mechanism, we asked them three separate times to help us with it and when they finally sent someone up they pointed out it had a deadbolt fitted on the side of the door (basically a bodge to fix a broken mechanism) The shower was flimsy as hell, as well as the shower screen so water got all over the bathroom. The staff were really nice but they obviously were a bit nonchalant about the rooms and general presentation. Floors get very noisy on Friday/Sat, we also had rooms above / next to us throwing their cigarette butts onto our terrace. There was also an exposed wire in the room for the switch that disables the aircon when the door is open. It touches the curtains which is a slight fire risk. If I had children I would’ve been a bit more weary of this.

Only one thing I didn’t like was the smell from the toilet, seems like there has been some leak or issue
