Les femmes de ménages devraient passer une lavette tous les jours à cause du sable et condensation ds la sdb vu qu’il n’y a pas de vmc

The view was great. We were on the 5th floor with a sea view. The windows and balcony were great. Beds were comfy. We managed to get a kettle for the room which was a game-changer. The friendly helpful staff. Bus stop right outside the door.

No evening meal available at the hotel despite the website saying it was. The pool bars also stopped serving snacks after 5:00pm The smell rising up from the drains in the bathroom was at times overpowering. The stone sitting area being shut and no chairs available to sit in the gardens.

Das Buffet war gut, doch die Frau am Eierstand etwas unfreundlich... Rezeption müsste tagsüber doppelt besetzt sein, zum Teil lange Wartezeiten

Très bon emplacement et le personnel est très agréable.

Le matelas doit être changé sinon la chambre est tout confort. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du dîner à l'hôtel car la chemise manche longue est exigée.

Am avut o experiență minunată în acest resort din Palma de Mallorca! Locația este excelentă, cu stație de autobuz chiar în fața resortului și acces facil către principalele atracții. Resortul este foarte frumos, cu mai multe piscine, mult divertisment și seri de neuitat cu muzică live, saxofon și DJ. Restaurantul oferă mâncare variată și gustoasă, iar întregul personal a fost extraordinar. Mulțumiri speciale pentru Saly, de la recepție, pentru amabilitate și profesionalism. Am primit o cameră Premium spațioasă, cu o superbă vedere la mare, iar de ziua mea am fost surprinsă cu un platou de fructe și macarons, un gest foarte apreciat. Mulțumesc întregii echipe pentru această experiență unică și memorabilă! Recomand cu drag și voi reveni cu plăcere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌴🌊💙
